In a food processor or high powered blender, process the hazelnuts until finely ground and beginning to clump together.

Add 2 tablespoons oil and continue to grind until the nuts smooth out into a butter.

Add the cocoa powder, sweetener, collagen, vanilla, salt, and remaining oil and process again until smooth. Add additional oil as needed to get it smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.

Keto Sugar Free Nutella

This keto Nutella is silky smooth, filled with a deep chocolate flavor and hints of hazelnut. It tastes pretty darn close to the store-bought kind but with only 1 NET CARB per serving!

Keto Nutella Made With 5 Ingredients

Cups (220 grams) Hazelnuts

Tbsps (28 grams) MCT Oil

Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Tsp (4 grams) Vanilla Extract

Tbsps (36 grams) Confectioners Swerve

Salt

Add all the hazelnuts to a large baking sheet and roast for about 10-12 minutes, or until they become super fragrant. 

Transfer the hazelnuts to a large sealable jar while they're still hot. Shake the jar until most of the skin comes off of the nuts. Put the hazelnuts back onto the baking sheet and remove any skin still attached to the nuts. 

Pour the hazelnuts into a food processor. Process for about 10 minutes until creamy. Scrape the sides of the food processor periodically during the process.

Add the cocoa powder, confectioners swerve, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor. Process everything until a thick and almost silky smooth chocolatey consistency forms. 

Pour it into a large sealable glass jar (you can store at room temperature for up to 2 weeks).

Spread some on whatever you want, or grab a spoon and dig right in. Enjoy!

1 CARB Keto Nutella in 10 Minutes | Low Carb, Sugar free, & Healthy

Creamy chocolatey Sugar Free Hazelnut Nutella Spread is so easy to make and healthier than store bought version. Using only 5 ingredients, this sugar-free homemade keto Nutella recipe will become a new staple in your kitchen!

Sugar Free Nutella Hazelnut Chocolate

Cup Hazelnuts (toasted and husked)

tbsp Coconut Oil

tbsp Cocoa Powder

tbsp Sweetener (sugar alternative

tsp Vanilla Extract

Gather all the ingredients.

If your hazelnuts are not husked, just place them in a bowl or colander with another bowl covering the top and shake vigorously. Not all the husk will be removed but that’s ok.

In a food processor, pulse hazelnuts until it becomes a paste.   About 1-2 minutes.

Add melted coconut oil (put in microwave for 10-30 seconds to melt) and continue pulsing until a smooth like butter consistency.  About 1-2 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract.  Continue pulsing for 1-2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
