Granola Crunch Apple-Peanut Butter Sandwich Wraps

Flatout flatbread (for this recipe we

For each sandwich wrap, place a Flatout flatbread...

Paneer wraps or paneer rolls are made with veggies, paneer, and some spices. These Indian-style tortilla wraps are perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, kids&#039; school lunches, or office lunches.

Paneer Wrap

Milk

tbsp Vinegar

Paneer

red, green, yellow, orange bell pepper ((sliced))

Onion ((chopped))

tbsp Ginger ((finely grated))

tbsp Garlic ((finely grated))

Serrano pepper ((or

tsp Turmeric powder

Coriander powder

Cumin powder

Salt

Tortillas

Chaat Masala

Cilantro ((for garnishing))

tbsp Butter

Ketchup

Pour milk in instant pot container and select &quot;Yogt&quot; mode until it shows &quot;Boil&quot;.

Once boiled, stir in the vinegar and leave for 5 minutes

Strain the paneer and rinse with cold water until all sourness is gone. Squeeze out all excess water.

Refrigerate it to make it more firm.

Select &quot;Saute&quot; mode and add oil once it is hot. Saute the onions then add ginger, garlic, serrano peppers.

Add the spices and cook for few minutes until oil oozes out.

Add the bell peppers and let them cook, they should be crunchy and not soft.

Add the paneer and mix well. Cook for a minute and then turn the instant pot off by pressing &quot;Cancel&quot;

Heat a tortilla on a skillet and apply some butter on the inside.

Place some filling at the center. Garnish with sliced onions, chaat masala, cilantro leaves and tomato ketchup.

Roll into a wrap.

Making Paneer Wraps

These are ooey and gooey, offering all the flavor of pizza but at a fraction of the labor and time it takes to make a full pizza. Being bite-size not only makes these a great grab-and-go snack for kids but also a fun party appetizer or game day snack.

Pizza Bites Recipe

Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (8 oz)

avocado oil spray ((optional) to help prevent sticking)

pizza sauce (such as Rao's

mozzarella cheese

pepperoni (you can use turkey pepperoni

Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).

Unroll the Pillsbury dough, pull apart each piece and take each triangle and roll it into a ball. Flatten that dough ball and spray your muffin tin with some avocado spray, if using. If your muffin tin is brand new and non-stick you might not have to spray it at all.

I flatten each piece of dough into the muffin tin and make sure to press it down and along the sides so that it looks like a little cup.

Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce into each cup and top with a piece of mozzarella.

Add a slice of pepperoni on top and bake for 15 minutes or until the pizza bites are puffed up and golden. Enjoy!

These easy cheesy pizza bites will blow you away. They are perfect for back-to-school lunches or as an after-school snack. I don’t have a kid, but my hubby also known as Steve, ate every single one lol. These are not only delicious, but they also happen to be only four ingredients. I know how overwhelming lunches can be, so I made sure to come up with something that’s appealing and fun for kids but also something that takes no time at all. These easy pizza bites are ooey gooey and will be a crowd pleaser for any party as well. You can absolutely freeze them or heat them up in the morning as well. I have been told that they store beautifully in a thermos after they are heated up but please let me know if you try.

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of Pillsbury crescent rolls dough
teaspoon of pizza sauce into each one my favourite pizza sauce is by Rao’s, but you can use any
8 pieces of mozzarella cheese you can use shredded as well
8 pepperoni slices you can use turkey pepperoni as well
avocado oil spray is optional to prevent sticking
