Es gibt kaum jemanden der eine leckere Low Carb Nuss-Nougat Creme zum Frühstück von seinem Brötchen des Platzes verweisen würde. Und da wir alle diesen Aufstrich so sehr lieben, musste für mich natürlich auch ein richtig leckeres und einfaches Low Carb Rezept her. Et voilà: hier kommt mein Rezept für leckere Low Carb Nuss-Nougat Creme, für die du nur 4 Zutaten und nicht mehr als 5 Minuten Zubereitungszeit benötigst.

Low Carb Nuss-Nougat Creme

Haselnussmus

g Kakaopulver* (entölt)

g Kokosöl* (geschmolzen)

50 g Erythrit* (zu Puder gemahlen)

Prise Salz

Haselnussmus, Kakaopulver, Erythrit und die Prise Salz in einem Mixer pürieren.

Geschmolzenes Kokosöl hinzugeben und nochmals alles miteinander pürieren.

Nuss-Nougat Creme in ein verschließbares Glas umfüllen und im Kühlschrank aufbewahren.

Süßen Low Carb Brotaufstrich ohne Zucker selber machen: Sowohl für die Low Carb Nougat Creme, als auch für die Low Carb Erdnussbutter ohne Zucker oder die Goldene Butter benötigst du nicht mehr als 5 Minuten Zubereitungszeit.

Traditional Nutella contains a ton of processed sugars and unhealthy fats that you should try to avoid. But this super healthy Nutella recipe is sugar-free, vegan, and loaded with antioxidants thanks to one very special ingredient- cacao powder! Plus, its so simple to make!

Homemade Sugar-free Nutella

hazelnuts

cacao powder

vanilla extract

salt

hazelnut milk

Spread hazelnuts in a baking tray and roast for 10-15 minutes depending on how powerful your oven is. Watch them closely to make sure they don&#8217;t burn.

Remove hazelnuts from the oven. In order to achieve smooth Nutella, the skin needs to be removed from the hazelnuts.* 

Transfer the warm, peeled hazelnuts to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until very smooth. You will likely have to stop and scrape the sides of your container a few times before the butter is really smooth.

Add the cacao powder, vanilla, salt and dairy-free milk and blend again until well combined.

Slather some of this healthy, sugar-free nutella on a piece of toast, your favourite pancakes, or eat it straight from the jar with a spoon like I do! The possibilities are endless, so enjoy however you please!

Sugar Free Nutella Hazelnut Chocolate

Cup Hazelnuts (toasted and husked)

tbsp Coconut Oil

tbsp Cocoa Powder

tbsp Sweetener (sugar alternative

tsp Vanilla Extract

Gather all the ingredients.

If your hazelnuts are not husked, just place them in a bowl or colander with another bowl covering the top and shake vigorously. Not all the husk will be removed but that’s ok.

In a food processor, pulse hazelnuts until it becomes a paste.   About 1-2 minutes.

Add melted coconut oil (put in microwave for 10-30 seconds to melt) and continue pulsing until a smooth like butter consistency.  About 1-2 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract.  Continue pulsing for 1-2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
