unsweetened coconut flakes

almond flour

golden flaxseed meal

psyllium husk powder

salt

liquid stevia

vanilla extract

red raspberries

Add all ingredients for the porridge to a small saucepan over medium heat, and cook until it’s bubbling vigorously around the edges.

Once it starts bubbling around the outside, continue cooking until thickened, about 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Pour the porridge into a cereal bowl. Top with the coconut flakes and frozen red raspberries.

Serve warm.

Stovetop Method: Add all ingredients except the vanilla to a small saucepan over low heat. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 3 to 5 minutes; stir in the vanilla. Serve warm.

Microwave Method: Add all ingredients except the vanilla to a large cereal bowl that’s microwave-safe. Microwave on high until thickened, about 2 minutes; stir in the vanilla. Serve warm.
