250 ml Milch (oder Milch-Alternativen (z.B. Mandelmilch))

250 g Erdbeeren (frisch oder TK)

ml Sahne

g Erythrit

g Agar Agar

g Xanthan

Erythrit, Agar Agar sowie Xanthan in einen Mixer geben und fein mahlen.

Die Erdbeeren pürieren. (Sollten TK-Erdbeeren verwendet werden, sollten die Erdbeeren zunächst aufgetaut- und anschließend püriert werden)

Erdbeerpüree mit der Milch, der Sahne und dem Ei in einem Topf verrühren.

Erythrit-Mischung hinzugeben und einrühren.

Alles unter ständigem Rühren aufkochen lassen und anschließend für 4 Minuten weiter köcheln lassen.
