Philly Cheesesteak made easy with this quick meal prep recipe! Enjoy all the flavors of a classic cheesesteak but with less calories and carbs. 

Low Carb Philly Cheesesteak Meal Prep

oz (1 lb) grass fed sirloin steak

medium (320 grams) bell peppers

(230 grams) red onion, sliced

oz (227 grams) baby bella mushrooms

Worcestershire sauce

ultra thin sliced provolone

onion powder

salt and pepper

Before cooking, go ahead and prep the onion and peppers by cutting them into thin slices. Once you start cooking, things will go fast!

Bring a large skillet to medium heat. When heated, spray with cooking spray and add steak. Season with onion powder and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip steak and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add onions and peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until they start to become tender.

Add in the mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce. Add in more salt, pepper, and onion powder if desired at this time as well  (the seasonings before hit the steak, this will hit the veggies). Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until everything is cooked to desired consistency.

Remove from heat and divide evenly amongst containers.Total cooked weight of dish comes to ~1016g. Divided by 5 equals ~203g per container.

Top each container with a slice of provolone. Keep stored in fridge until ready to eat!

This Puttanesca Sauce is vegan and easy to make with simple ingredients that you have on hand in your pantry. A keeper that is ready in under 20 minutes. Serve this over your favorite pasta and you have a quick dinner that even pickiest kids will eat.

This Tiramisu Overnight Oats will be your new favorite breakfast! It&#039;s creamy with hints of coffee and chocolate and has a healthy twist

Tiramisu Overnight Oats

oats

tbsp chia seeds

espresso coffee shot (or instant coffee)

milk (I've used almond milk)

yogurt

maple syrup

vanilla extract

Cacao powder

sea salt

Make an espresso coffee shot and allow to cool slightly while you prepare the rest

In a container or bowl, add the dry ingredients which are the rolled oats, chia seeds and a pinch of salt

Now add the maple syrup, vanilla, milk and espresso coffee shot. Stir until well combined, cover and place in the fridge overnight

The next morning, add half of the overnight oats mixture into a clear glass or mason jar and flatten with a spoon. Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt on top and smooth out the layer

Repeat the above step by layering the remaining overnight oats mixture topped with the yogurt

Dust the top with cacao powder and enjoy your Tiramisu Overnight Oats!

Bohnen

Dosen Kichererbsen ((425 milliliters))

Zwiebel

Knoblauchzehen

Ingwer (ca. 2cm)

EL grüne Currypaste

Dose Tomaten (im eigenen Saft)

g Feta

etwas Vollmilchjoghurt

Salz, Pfeffer

Die Zwiebel schälen und in dünne Streifen schneiden. Den Knoblauch schälen und fein hacken. In etwas Öl die Zwiebel anschwitzen. Knoblauch kurz mitbraten. Die Currypaste zugeben und kurze Zeit bei geringer Hitze anrösten.  Tomaten und 125 ml Wasser zugeben und aufkochen.

In dieser Zeit die Kichererbsen in einem Sieb abtropfen lassen und gründlich abspühlen. Die Bohnen waschen und putzen. Beides in die Currysauce geben und 5 - 10 Minuten köcheln lassen. (Die Bohnen müssen auf jeden Fall einmal gekocht werden!)

Curry in Schalen mit Reis oder Naan anrichten. Den Feta abgießen und leicht trockengetupf über das Curry krümeln. Mit etwas Joghurt garnieren.

Curry Yogurt Dressing (Link to dressing above.)

kale, roughly chopped

cashews

apple, sliced (I like honey crisp

red grapes, sliced

red pepper, diced

greens

quinoa

chickpeas

cilantro (or your fav herb)

In a large bowl mix together all ingredients and toss together. Enjoy immediately or the next day for a fuelling lunch!

Mein Kichererbsensalat mit Tomaten und Gurken ist ganz einfach zu machen, vegan und in 10 Minuten zubereitet.

Kichererbsensalat mit Tomaten

400 g Kichererbsen (Glas)

Minigurken (oder 1 Salatgurke)

150 g kleine Tomaten

kleine rote Zwiebel

EL Olivenöl

Zitrone

TL gehackte Petersilie

Salz

Pfeffer

Schneiden

Kichererbsen in ein Sieb geben und mit Wasser abspülen. Gurken klein schneiden, Tomaten vierteln. Zwiebel klein hacken.

Rühren

Aus Olivenöl, dem Saft der halben Zitrone, Petersilie, Salz und Pfeffer ein Dressing anrühren.

Servieren

Das ist schnell gemacht und schmeckt auch sehr gut,  Gruß von Rudy aus Königswinter.

Ich lebe vegan und fand beim Googeln diesen Kichererbsen Salat, mangels Gurke gab es mehr Tomaten . Und neben Petersilie gab es auch Schnittlauch, darf bei mir nicht fehlen . Sehr lecker!
Das nächste Mal mache ich ihn mit veganem Hirtenkäse...

ich liiiiiebe den Salat! 
Kind 1 findet ihn auch sehr lecker , Kind 2 mag keine Kichererbsen und sortiert diese dann immer raus 
seitdem ich dieses Rezept kenne , wird kein Kuchen mehr zum "Mitbring-Buffet" gebacken 
und auch bei der Schule meiner Kinder  kam er seeehr gut an.

Sehr leckeres Rezept, ich habe noch Feta und Paprika dazu getan.

super Rezept! sehr lecker! ich habe noch ein paar Stücke klein gehackten Ingwer dran gemacht, da dies nochmal einen spazielleres Aroma gibt. mega lecker.
