You don't need to wait to bite into a warm homemade brownie. This brownie-in-a-mug takes just minutes to make and is a chocolatey treat for two.

One minute Brownie mug cake

oz semisweet chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)

unsalted butter

tbsp sugar

tbsp flour

Select two microwave-safe mugs. In each mug place one tbsp of butter and 1 oz of semisweet chocolate. Microwave each mug for 40 seconds (microwave them separately). Remove and stir until chocolate is completely melted with a small fork.

Add 2 tbsp sugar to each mug and stir. Beat egg in a small bowl, add half to each mug and mix. Add in 1 tbsp flour to each cup and mix until smooth.

Cook each brownie for 1 minute in the microwave (do each separately). Serve while warm.

1 Minute Microwave Brownie-Microwave Mug Meals

all purpose flour

brown sugar

Cocoa Powder

flavorless oil ((canola oil/coconut oil/sunflower oil))

water

salt

vanilla extract

chocolate chips

In a microwavable mug (roughly 1 cup measurement) mix together all of the ingredients.

Mix in the chocolate chips.

If you don’t want to cook them off straight away, then place them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Microwave for 45-60 seconds. (Timing is based on my 1200W microwave so your timing might vary). Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream &amp; enjoy!

All microwaves, bowls, ingredients, and preferences for doneness vary, so you will need to experiment with how long it takes to cook given your variables. I recommend stopping to check at the 45-second mark and going from there in 15-second bursts as necessary.

The Best Microwave Protein Brownie

½ Container Greek Yogurt (Your Choice Flavor)

Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

Teaspoons Sweetener (I like Erythritol)

Teaspoon Baking Powder

Scoop Protein Powder

Ounce Water

Mix all of your ingredients together until smooth

Pour your mix into a microwave or oven safe dish coated with non-stick cooking spray

Microwave for :40-:45 seconds

Give your brownie a quick mix

Microwave again for an additional :20-:30 seconds depending on how powerful your microwave is (keep an eye on it and make sure not to microwave it for too long or it won&#39;t be gooey!)

Alternatively you can bake it in the oven on 350F/176C for around 15-20 minutes
