How to Dehydrate Marshmallows

Mini marshmallows

Open bag

Place on dehydrator trays

Dry at 150°F / 57°C for 6-8 hours until a cooled marshmallow shatters in your hands or mouth.

Store in an airtight container

Dehydrate Marshmallows

Put dried marshmallows into a blender

Pulse until you have a rough powder

Run on full grind until you have a fine powder

Easiest-Ever Fudge

sweetened condensed milk

butter

salt

vanilla extract (can sub another flavored extract, like peppermint)

Line a 8X8- or 9X9-inch pan with foil and lightly butter or grease with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips, marshmallows, sweetened condensed milk, butter and salt. Microwave for 45-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and creamy; stir in the vanilla (or other flavored extract).

Add any add-in ingredients, if desired (chopped nuts, M&amp;M's, peanut butter chips, toffee bits, dried fruit, coconut, etc)

Spread the fudge evenly in the prepared pan. Top with any additional garnishes, like chopped nuts or any of the suggestions listed above, pressing the ingredients lightly into the soft fudge. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set (I mean, you CAN dig in right away, but it will be super soft and sticky...and super delicious! :). Cut into squares.

The fudge will keep for several days, well-covered, in the refrigerator.

We Can't Get Enough Of These S'mores Poke Brownies

This pretty pink marshmallow salad is absolutely drool-worthy! Fold fresh cranberries and oranges into a delicious cloud of cream cheese and whipped cream.

Cranberry Fluff

cranberries (or frozen)

oranges (zested, peeled and finely diced)

sugar

8-oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)

heavy whipping cream

vanilla

marshmallows

pecans (optional)

Add the cranberries to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until they are coarsely chopped.

Zest the oranges, then cut away the pith and dice into small pieces.

Pour the cranberries and oranges with the zest into a large bowl and stir in the sugar. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, then drain off all but ½ cup of the juice.

With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the cream and vanilla extract. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.

Gently stir the cream cheese mixture into the cranberry mixture. Fold in the marshmallows, then cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

To serve, spoon into dessert bowls and sprinkle with pecans, if desired.

With your favorite fruit and a few sweet enhancements, you can make this condensed milk fruit salad for your family and friends. Every time I make it, I serve it in a large bowl, and it still isn’t enough to satisfy everyone. It seriously vanishes almost as quickly as I put it on the table.
