This fresh Mint Chutney is a bright, cooling and sensational dip, sauce or spread that&#039;s an easy and versatile 10-minute blender recipe.

Mint Chutney (Pudina Chutney)

½ cups fresh cilantro (packed cup of leaves

mint leaves (no stems)

garlic

½ inch ginger (peeled)

serrano chili peppers

lime juice lime

salt (adjust

cumin

½ teaspoon chaat masala (or amchur)

sugar

water (add more if needed)

Prepare ingredients

Wash and dry cilantro and mint. Peel garlic and ginger, and gather all the ingredients.

Blend chutney

Add all the ingredients to the blender jar. Add water and hit the smoothie setting on your blender. If needed, add more water in increments of 1 tablespoon. Blend until the chutney is smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Mint chutney is such a fresh and flavorful condiment that pairs amazingly well with so many Indian dishes. This recipe makes around 1 cup of chutney.

Green chili

½ inch Ginger

Salt (to taste)

Lemon juice

Wash the mint and cilantro leaves

Pluck the mint leaves and discard the stems. Keep the leaves in a bowl of water for 5-10 minutes, let the dirt settle at the bottom. Similarly, add cilantro with stems in the water. Then gently remove leaves, lightly squeeze to remove excess water, and add it to the blender jar.

Add all into the blender jar

Add rest of the ingredients (salt, sugar, green chilies, ginger, chaat masala, lemon juice, little water) into the blender jar.

Blend till smooth
