20 Minute Pork Chop Rice One Pot Recipe

pork

salt divided

pepper

vegetable oil

10.5 -ounce french onion soup

-ounce mushroom steak sauce

water

pouch Boil rice

Heat pan to medium high

Season both sides of pork chops with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

When pan is hot, add oil

When oil is hot, add pork chops

Cook 3 to 4 minutes, depending on thickness, on each side.

Remove pork chops from pan. (You will add them back in a few minutes.)

Remove the uncooked rice from bag and toast in the pan in drippings for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add french onion soup, mushroom steak sauce and water to pan with rice.

Stir and remove and rice that may have stuck to the bottom of the pan.

Bring to a low boil.

Cook uncovered 16 to 18 minutes or until rice is done.

Add pork chops back into pan and heat through.

Taste and add 1/4 teaspoon salt if necessary.

One Pot Fried Rice

quick cooking rice (such as Minute Rice)

chicken broth (broth of choice)

green peas

onion

carrots

garlic

soy sauce

tsp sesame oil

tbsp sirarcha (more or less to taste)

eggs

tbsp butter

green onions

In a large heavy bottom pot add all the ingredients except for the eggs, butter, and green onions.

Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low heat. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is cooked.

Make a small hole in the center of the pot. Add eggs. Gently stir around until eggs cook. Add butter and green onions. Stir everything together. Serve immedietly!

beef

(or 1 envelope) fajita seasoning

can tomatoes and green chiles (any heat level you prefer)

white rice (uncooked)

Colby Jack cheese (shredded)

Toppings like sour cream, scallions, avocado, and tomatoes

In a large skillet with a lid brown your ground beef, and drain the grease.

To the pan over medium-high heat add your taco seasoning packet and the can of Rotel tomatoes.

Next, add in your rice and water. Stir to combine. Bring everything up to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Cover and let cook for 16-18 minutes until the rice is tender.

When the rice is cooked turn off the heat and add in half your cheese and stir.

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top and place the lid back on to melt the cheese. Top with your favorite toppings!
