Immune Booster Shot Recipe (Maximum Strength!)

lemon juice (juice of 1 medium lemon)

orange juice (juice of 1 medium navel orange)

cinnamon

cayenne pepper

sea salt

black pepper

organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (see Notes)

Press garlic cloves through garlic press and into small bowl. Set aside 10 minutes (see Notes). Alternately, finely mince and mash garlic cloves with knife, then set aside.

Once garlic has rested close to 10 minutes, add 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon hot water, and ¼ teaspoon turmeric to glass or cup. Whisk until ingredients are fully combined.

Add fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper to glass with honey. Whisk until ingredients are fully incorporated.

Add apple cider vinegar, ginger, and garlic to glass. Whisk until ingredients are fully incorporated. Consume mixture immediately for maximum benefits.

Sauté onion and celery in large stock pot over medium high heat until lightly browned. Add garlic and continue to stir for 1 minute.

Add vegetable stock, carrots, tamari and herbs + spices. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Stir in the noodles; return to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes more or until noodles are tender.

Not sure how to sleep well naturally? I&#039;ve got you covered with this healthy, calming green bedtime smoothie that is loaded with nutrients to help keep your tummy from rumbling in the night.

Bedtime Smoothie

rolled oats (uncooked old-fashioned)

spinach (fresh)

chamomile tea (brewed and cooled)

tart cherry juice

banana (fresh

almond butter

Place uncooked oats in blender. Blend until finely ground.

Add spinach, chamomile tea, cherry juice, bananas, and almond butter to the blender. Puree until smooth.

Pour into a glass or mug and enjoy.

I did not like this smoothie. I did everything it asked for but it my opinion it just wasn't good. The tart cherry was very strong.

Made the Sleep Well Smoothie using  1 cup of Sleepy Time Tea to make up for not having the cherry juice. I allowed the tea to cool a bit. It was so warm and soothing and satisfying. I will definitely be making this again.

I loved the taste!  I woke up as many times during the night, but my sleep was deeper. I didn’t use the spinach as I had already had my greens earlier.

I usually drink tea or golden milk before bed but I definitely want to give this a try.

Made the smoothie tonight because I couldn't wait to try my new blender that was ready for pickup until 9pm lol!. Soooo glad I tried it.
