Line a 8x8 or 9x9 dish with parchment paper or foil.

Crush graham crackers in a ziploc bag using a rolling pin or blitz using a food processor.

Melt butter in a large bowl add peanut butter and mix until smooth.

Beat in powdered sugar then fold in the crumbs. Transfer to lined dish and smooth.

Melt chocolate and peanut butter, pour over the peanut butter base, smooth then chill for at least 90 minutes.

Cut into bars and enjoy.

No Bake Key Lime Pie Bars

Add the oats, pecans, dates and coconut oil into a food processor. Process until a sandy, sticky texture forms. Transfer this into a parchment-lined 8x8 baking pan. Press firmly (like really hard) into the bottom to create a crust.

Add the soaked cashews (they need to be soaked!), lime juice and zest, syrup, coconut oil and vanilla into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Pour the filling over the crust and freeze for at least 4 - 6 hours, preferably overnight.

When ready to serve, allow to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes, then slice. Store in the freezer and enjoy as a refreshing cold treat on a hot day!

3.9 Ounces Greek Yogurt (Your Choice Flavor)

Cup Rolled Oats

2.5 Scoops Protein Powder (Your Choice Flavor)

Tablespoons Peanut Butter

Process your Dates by pulsing them until a single date ball forms

Mix together your Greek Yogurt, Rolled Oats, Peanut Butter, and Protein Powder in a mixing bowl

Add and mix in your processed Dates

Mix in anything else you want like nuts, hemp seeds, chocolate chips, ground cinnamon, or dried fruit

Line a baking pan or dish with some parchment paper

Add your mix onto your pan or dish and shape it using your hands (keep them damp and it won&#39;t be as sticky)

Top with whatever you want like some nuts or chocolate chips

Bake them in the oven on 350F/176C for around 10-12 minutes or until your edges turn golden brown

Alternatively you can put them into the fridge for a few hours to harden up if you don&#39;t want them baked (not as travel friendly)

Remove them from the oven or fridge and cut them

These  peanut butter bars are a simple and delicious treat that require no baking! You just cream together peanut butter, butter, graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar and top with a chocolate topping. The result is a sweet, creamy bar, that you’re going to love with just five ingredients.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars

graham cracker crumbs (1 1/2 sleeves)

butter (melted)

peanut butter (1 1/2 cups)

chocolate chips

Line a 9 X 13 baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Pour melted butter over the top and mix well with an electric mixer until creamy.

Press into the prepared pan.

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate and 6 tablespoons of butter at medium power for 2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds until just melted. Stir until smooth and pour over the peanut butter mixture and smooth with an offset spatula or a knife.

Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours until the chocolate topping is firm. Remove bars from the pan using the edges of the parchment paper to lift out of the pan. Cut into bars, if the chocolate is too hard to cut without cracking, let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes until it has slightly softened.

Quick, easy, and healthy No-Bake Bars that taste like cookie dough but are packed with good-for-you ingredients. The fudgy chocolate topping is optional but recommended!

Healthy No-Bake Bars

(165 grams) chickpeas (, drained and rinsed)

(50 grams) rolled

¼ cup (25 grams) unsweetened shredded coconut

(5 ml) vanilla extract

(60 ml) non-dairy milk of choice

Line a loaf pan with clingwrap or parchment paper. (If you want to use an 8 x 8-inch pan you will need to double the recipe).

Add all of the ingredients (except those for the optional topping) to a food processor and process until it becomes one big smoothish ball.

If you want to add any optional add-ins like a handful of nuts or chocolate chips, add them now and pulse a few times to combine.&nbsp;

Remove from the food processor, being careful of the blade, and press into the prepared pan, flattening it down evenly all over.

Add the chocolate chips and the milk to a small pan and over low heat, allow the chocolate to melt. Stir to help them combine. Once the chips are melted completely and the chocolate mixture is completely smooth, pour over the no-bake bars and shake gently to level. 

Refrigerate for at least an hour then cut into bars. You will be able to cut them into 7 large bars or 14 smaller ones if you cut each one of those in half again.

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats (Vegan, Allergy-Free)

Cups Gluten-Free Crispy Rice Cereal

Cup + 2 TB Brown Rice Syrup

TB Pure Pumpkin Puree

TB Vegan/Allergy-Free Butter

Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice*

Cup Allergy-Free White Chocolate Chips (optional, to top)

In a small pot, heat the brown rice syrup, pumpkin, butter, and spices over low heat for about 5 minutes, until the mixture thickens a bit and begins to bubble.

Add the hot syrup mixture directly to the rice cereal and gently mix and coat the cereal with a large spoon. You can use your hands once the mixture isn't boiling hot.

Line an 8x8 Square Baking Pan with parchment paper or wax paper.

Add the coated cereal to the lined pan and press the cereal down with the back of a large spoon or spatula until the top is even. If the mixture sticks too much to the spoon, grease it with some extra butter.

Now allow the treats to firm up in the fridge for at least an hour.

Remove the bars and cut them into 9 squares (or any shape you want).

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave with 30-second intervals until melted. Take a small spoon, dip it in the melted chocolate, and drizzle it over the cut bars.

All the chocolate to set (this should be rather quick), a few minutes in the fridge before serving your bars or storing longer term!

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats

Oh Henry Square is a retro sweet treat that is easy-to-make and requires no baking. A filling of graham wafer crumbs, nuts, coconut, and cherries sits atop a graham wafer base. Frost with chocolate or plain white icing.

brown sugar, firmly packed

milk

tsp pure vanilla extract

graham wafer crumbs

coconut

maraschino cherries, chopped into bite-sized pieces and blotted dry in paper towel

¼ cup butter, softened

¾ tsp pure vanilla extract

cocoa powder

Line 9”x9” square pan with parchment paper, leaving about 1” overhang with which to grasp and remove square from pan for easy frosting and cutting.  Line pan with whole graham wafers, trimming wafers as necessary to fit pan.

In medium-sized saucepan, melt butter over medium heat then blend in brown sugar and milk. Reduce heat slightly and bring mixture just to the boiling point. Reduce heat to low and cook very gently for apx. 2½ -3 minutes.

Remove pan from heat and stir in vanilla, graham wafer crumbs, nuts, coconut, and maraschino cherries until well combined. Spread mixture smoothly and evenly over graham wafer base in pan. Cool completely at room temperature then transfer to refrigerator to chill for at least 1-2 hours. When chilled, frost with chocolate icing.

Method for Square:

Sift, or sieve, icing sugar and cocoa separately before weighing the icing sugar and measuring out the cocoa then sift the two together to blend.

In bowl of stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, beat butter at medium speed until completely soft and smooth. Add the vanilla.  Reduce mixer speed to lowest setting and gradually blend in the icing sugar and cocoa, adding enough liquid (a tablespoon at a time) to make smooth icing of desired consistency. Stop as necessary to scrape down sides of bowl. After all of the dry ingredients have been added, increase mixer speed to medium and beat about 45 seconds longer. Spread icing evenly over chilled square. Refrigerate for about 40-45 minutes to set and firm up icing then remove square from refrigerator and cut into squares of desired size.

Square is best served at room temperature but stored in refrigerator until near serving time. Square freezes well in an airtight freezer container for longer storage.

In a large bowl combine the first four ingredients.

Heat the coconut oil until melted and whisk it in with the almond butter and syrup,

Pour wet into dry and mix slightly.

Slowly add in the almond milk and whisk until combined.

Add in the dried cherries and mix again.

Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Scoop the mixture into the pan and using another piece of parchment paper, press the bar mixture evenly into the pan. Press hard to make sure they stay together.

Top the mixture with the almonds and use a silicone spatula to press them into the mixture.

Place in the freezer to set for one hour.

Remove and cut into ten bars.

Keep in the freezer until ready to eat (or place in the fridge). Can be eaten straight from the freezer or chilled in the fridge.

These are great. I was so sick of buying and paying a ton of money for them. This solved that and I am going to swap some ingredients out and make them my own concoction in the future!

Made a batch this weekend, and it's only Monday afternoon and I already ate 1/4 of it! The kids took a bar each in their lunch boxes, so this was a hit with everyone
