This delightful no-bake Oreo Pie is so creamy, rich, and delicious. It comes together quickly and easily with only a few simple ingredients!

Oreo Pie

Oreos (regular or Double Stuf)

unsalted butter (melted)

heavy whipping cream ((240 milliliters))

cream cheese (room temperature (8-oz.))

sugar

vanilla extract

Oreos

Whipped cream (for serving)

Lightly spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.

In a food processor, process the Oreos until finely ground, about 30-45 seconds. Place in a medium bowl, and stir in the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the pie pan. Freeze while preparing the filling, or at least 30 minutes and up to 3 days.

For the Crust:

In a large bowl, beat the cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes.

In another large bowl, beat the cream cheese on medium-high speed until smooth and fluffy on medium-high, about 2 minutes. (No need to clean beaters between the cream and cream cheese.) )Add the confectioners’ sugar and vanilla, beating until smooth, about 1 minute. Gently fold in the whipped cream and chopped Oreos until combined. Spoon the filling into the frozen crust, spreading it into an even layer. Loosely cover, and refrigerate until set, at least 6 hours or up to 2 days.

When ready to serve, top with additional whipped cream and Oreos, if desired.

Easy Amazing Oreo Pie Recipe

Our easy no-bake Oreo Pie recipe is rich and creamy and only needs 5 Ingredients. The homemade Oreo crust is filled with an Oreo cheesecake filling and is always a crowd-pleaser.

Oreo cookies (wafers & filling)

butter

oz cream cheese

whipped topping (thawed)

Oreo cookies (chopped)

Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor. Or place them in a ziploc bag and bash with a rolling pin.

Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter.

Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate. I like to use the bottom of a glass cup for this.&nbsp;

&nbsp;Place in the fridge as you make the filling.&nbsp;

Oreo Crust

In a large bowl beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until soft.

Fold in the whipped topping, followed by the chopped Oreo cookies.

Spoon the filling into the pie crust then smooth the top.

Place in the fridge to chill for at least an hour before serving.

No Bake Oreo Pie

This is the best Oreo pie you will ever eat! It's easy to make with 8 ingredients and tastes even better than the beloved Oreo cream pie from Village Inn (or Baker's Square).

Best Oreo Pie Recipe

22 Double Stuffed Oreo Cookies ((about 2 cups crumbs))

TBS sugar

TBS salted butter (melted)

oz cream cheese (softened)

heavy whipping cream

tsp pure vanilla extract

¼ tsp fine sea salt

Double Stuffed Oreo Cookies

whipped cream

extra Oreo cookies (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place Oreo cookies in a food processor fitted with an “S” blade and process until they reach the texture of fine crumbs.

In a large bowl, combine Oreo crumbs, sugar and butter and press into a 9” inch round pie dish.  Bake for 8 minutes until slightly puffed. Remove from oven and cool completely.

Make the Oreo Crust:

Crush and chop the Oreos:

Place 10 Oreo cookies on a cutting board.

Cut the cookies into small, ¼” pieces, set aside.

Put 8 Oreos into the container of a food processor fit with an “S” blade.

You may need to pause, break apart cookies that get stuck to the blades, and continue processing.

If you don’t have a food processor, you can crush the Oreos with a rolling pin.

Set aside.

Make the filling:

In the bowl of a standing mixer or with a hand-held mixer beat whipping cream, vanilla and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.  Set aside.

In the bowl of a standing mixer or with a hand-held mixer, cream together butter, cream cheese and sea salt. Beat until well combined & smooth (about 30-60 seconds).

Fold in whipped cream until mixture is smooth.

Stir in Oreos.

Make the Oreo filling:

Use the recipe linked above to make homemade whipped cream to decorate the top of the pie.

Evenly spread the Oreo filling into the baked cooled pie crust.

Use a piping bag to decorate the pie with homemade whipped cream.

Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
