My Outback Steakhouse-inspired, lightly-sweet and perfect with butter, Steakhouse-Style Pumpernickel Bread recipe is one you&#039;ll make all the time.

Steakhouse-Style Pumpernickel Bread Recipe

(12 ½oz/355 grams) all-purpose flour

cups(10 ounces 282 grams) rye flour ((or whole wheat))

cocoa

yeast

sugar

salt

½ cup (12floz/340 milliliters) warm water

vegetable oil

Grease two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Set aside.

In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients: both flours, cocoa powder, yeast, sugar, and salt. Stir together.

In a separate bowl mix the warm water, molasses, and oil together.

Add the wet into the dry ingredients until your dough comes together.

Knead the dough until it is smooth and no longer sticky, roughly 6-8 minutes. You can do this by hand or use a stand mixer.

Grease the bowl with a little oil place in the dough. Cover the dough and allow to rise until it has doubled in size, roughly 60-90 minutes.

After proofing, knock back the dough before shaping into 2 loaves and placing in your prepared loaf pans.

Cover again and place in a warm place till doubled, roughly 45 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake for about 40 minutes. The dough should sound hollow once tapped on the base.

Cool on a rack before slicing. Store bread at room temperature for up to 3 days. It can also be frozen for up to 8 weeks.

Outback Steakhouse Grilled Salmon Recipe

Nonstick Spray

Vegetable Oil

White Horseradish

Soy Sauce

Garlic (minced)

Salt

Black Pepper (to taste)

Six 1-inch thick Salmon Fillets

Outback Steakhouse Dipping Sauce (See Box Below for Recipe)

Generously spray grill grates with nonstick spray.

Heat grill to medium high heat.

In a small bowl, add oil, horseradish, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk to mix well.

Brush mixture over both sides of salmon.

Place salmon on grill over medium high heat. Grill for about 4 minutes each side or until just opaque in center.

Serve with Outback Steakhouse Dipping Sauce (See Box Below for Recipe).

Outback Steakhouse Kookaburra Wings Recipe

Wing Pieces (wings

Coca-Cola (to marinate)

Butter

Louisiana Hot Sauce (of choice)

Taco Seasoning, from envelope mix

Turmeric

Cumin

Place all wing pieces in a sealable container. Add enough Coca-Cola to cover wings.

Seal the container and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or, better, overnight. Shake contain occasionally, if possible.

When ready to cook, preheat oven to 200°F.

Remove wings from marinade. DISCARD marinade.

Cook wings based on the recipe you have chosen from our recommendations above or you own favorite. Set aside.

Place a large sauce pan over medium heat.

Add butter and melt.

When melted add hot sauce, taco seasoning, Italian dressing, turmeric and cumin. Stir to mix well.

Remove pan from heat to a work surface.

Place cooked wings into the sauce pan (Do a few at a time, if needed). Stir and toss to fully coat wings with sauce.

Remove wings from sauce pan and place on a foil-covered or sprayed cooking sheet.

When all wings are sauced and on sheet, place in preheated oven. Pour remain sauce into a serving dish to use as a dipping sauce, if desired.

Heat wings until hot and ready to eat. Do not over cook.

Serve hot with celery and a selection of good dipping sauces.

The Outback Steakhouse french onion soup is delicious. It is made with sweet onion, chicken broth, herbs, white sauce, and cheese. This rich and creamy soup isn&#039;t difficult to make. Serve it with bread and relish in its goodness.

Outback Steakhouse French Onion Soup Recipe

Flour

Milk

Yellow Sweet Onion (thinly sliced)

Velveeta Cheese (cubed)

Chicken Bouillon Cubes

Chicken Broth

White Sauce

¼ teaspoon each Salt and

Cheddar Cheese (shredded, for garnish)

In a 1-quart saucepan, add the butter and melt it on medium heat. Then, add the flour to it. Stir and cook until it becomes thick.

After that, pour the milk into it and keep stirring it so no lumps are formed. Add some salt and keep stirring the mixture until it becomes thick. Keep it warm and lump-free until you are ready to add it to the soup.

For The White Sauce

Now, take the 2-quart saucepan and melt the 2 tablespoons butter in it. Add the sliced onions to it as well. Cook them until they are soft and clear.

Then, pour the canned chicken broth into the pan. Add the bouillon cubes, some salt, and pepper to the pan too.

Then, add the Velveeta cheese cubes and the thick white sauce to the pan. Keep stirring while on medium-low heat until all the cheese has melted and everything has combined.

Simmer the soup for about 45 minutes until it is thick and rich.

Pour into serving bowls and garnish with cheddar cheese and serve with delicious sweet bread.

iceberg lettuce; washed, dried & chopped

The Outback Steakhouse bread is soft and sweet wheat bread made with honey, molasses, cocoa powder, and wheat flour to get a dark color and rich taste. It is perfect to start your dinner with.

Outback Steakhouse Bread

½ Cups Warm Water

½ Cups Whole Wheat Flour

½ Cups Bread Flour

½ Tablespoon Dry Yeast

¼ Cup Brown Sugar

Tablespoons Molasses

Honey

Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

Teaspoon Kosher Salt

¼ Cup Canola Oil

Tablespoons Cornmeal (for dusting)

Start by adding brown sugar to the warm water.

Add yeast to the mixture and let it rise for a few minutes.

Add molasses to the yeast mixture.

Pour honey into the mix.

In a separate bowl, add bread flour along with whole wheat flour.

Add cocoa powder to the flour mix.

Top off the flour mix with some salt.

Now, add the yeast mix to the flour.

Add olive oil to the same.

It's time to make the dough, so gently mix the ingredients and knead.

Allow the dough to rise for at least one hour.

Divide the dough into two equal portions.

Now, dust the baking tray with cornmeal.

Shape the dough balls into logs and place them on the baking tray.

Let the bread bake for 10-15 minutes until it is firm to the touch.
