Creamy Parmesan dressing is really easy to make. Freshly grated parmesan cheese mixed with mayo, greek yoghurt, garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice and peppercorn. Toss some fresh garden salad with this dressing or use it for pasta salads, it is quite versatile.

Freshly Cracked Pepper ((can be increased up to 1 teaspoon))

In a glass jar(with lid), blender or a container add all the ingredients and mix well until it looks creamy.

Use it on a fresh green garden salad or pasta salad or serve as a dip.

Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing

¼ cup mayonnaise

yogurt

tablespoon red wine vinegar

½ tablespoon Dijon mustard

teaspoon garlic powder

salt

black pepper*,

tablespoon water

In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, grated Parmesan cheese, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and water until a creamy dressing forms.

Taste and if you&#8217;d like a bolder pepper flavor, add more ground black pepper to taste. Store refrigerated up to 1 to 2 weeks.

This dressing was very good and super easy. Next time I might use slightly less yogurt, but that’s just my taste. For some reason, bottled Parmesan Peppercorn dressing disappeared from my local grocery shelves in the last year, but now that isn’t a problem!

Garlic powder is ground, dehydrated garlic. It is a very common seasoning. Applications include pasta, pizza, and grilled chicken. Garlic salt is simply salt plus garlic powder. (Pre-made products usually include an anti-caking agent.) Garlic powder is a common component of spice mix. It is also a common component of seasoned salt.

Place ½ cup mayonnaise, ⅓ cup white distilled vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice into a blender and blend until smooth.

To Prepare the Dressing

In a large mixing or serving bowl combine the salad mix, sliced Roma tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers, thinly sliced red onion, and black olives together.

Drizzle the salad mixture with ½ cup of the salad dressing and toss to combine.

Top with croutons and parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with the dressing remaining dressing on the side.
