Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil. Cook pasta al dente according to package directions and drain.

Toss the pasta with olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, tossing a couple times.

Make the Dip. Add crumbled feta to a food processor and pulse to create small crumbs. Add in Greek yogurt and garlic and blend while streaming in the olive oil until the feta is creamy, 4-5 minutes, scraping down the sides as necessary.

How to make Pasta Chips - Air Fryer & Oven

Use your air fryer to make irresistible pasta chips. They are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for snacking or entertaining.

Air Fryer Pasta Chips

Parmesan cheese (divided, store-bought bottle)

onion powder

basil

smoked sweet paprika

black pepper (to taste)

Pre-heat Air Fryer at 370F (188C). Set at 10 minutes.

Boil farfalle - bow tie pasta according to package directions, until al dente. Drain. Transfer to a large bowl.

In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked sweet paprika.

Drizzle cooked farfalle - bow tie pasta with olive oil. Gently toss.

Sprinkle cooked farfalle - bow tie pasta with ground black pepper, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, and the garlic mixture. Gently toss until well-coated.

Transfer seasoned farfalle - bow tie pasta onto Air Fryer tray. Do not overcrowd. Create some space in between and don’t overlap. Slowly insert tray into the middle cooking chamber, near the rotisserie catch.

Turn food half-way through. No need to wait for the “turn food” reminder provided by the Air Fryer.

Remove Air Fryer tray. Transfer pasta chips to a bowl or a small plate. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

This recipe makes air fryer ravioli so easy! Without any breading, you skip the hardest part of the prep and the result is just as good! Like pasta chips but so much better because of the soft ravioli filling! You can make this your own by using your favorite ravioli and your favorite fillings; this recipe is a must have for air fryer lovers.

Air Fryer Ravioli Chips (without breading)

oz ravioli

Tbsp grated parmesan or pecorino cheese (see notes)

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Before you start cooking anything, make sure to have all your ingredients to hand and your cheese grated. Then boil your pasta according to package instructions.

Start the air fryer preheating to 360F / 180C.

Once boiled, use a slotted spoon to scoop out the raviolis and lay them out over paper towels to get rid of the excess water. This doesn&#39;t take more than a minute of two so work quickly!

Once they are dry, add them to a bowl with the olive oil and mix to coat them all with oil.

Add the seasoning, most of the cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix to combine.

Lay the raviolis out in the air fryer basket, making sure they don&#39;t overlap too much. You will need to do this in batches if you&#39;re making the whole package. My air fryer fit about 1/3rd package of ravioli at a time.

Add the remaining cheese to the top, give an extra spritz of oil, and cook for 5 minutes. Give it a shake after a couple of minutes to make sure nothing sticks to the basket.

They are ready when they are crispy and browned.

Serve with your dip of choice, and  a little extra fresh cheese if you wish.
