Easy Peach Cake

Tbs flour

heavy whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, spray a 9”x13” cake pan with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.

Add your diced peaches to bowl with flour and stir to coat peaches, set aside.

In bowl mix your cake mix according to package directions.

Fold in your peaches until combined.

Pour into prepared pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes until center of cake is set and toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let cool completely.

Meanwhile in large bowl add all your frosting ingredients and beat until stiff peaks form.

Spread over cooled cake, slice and serve.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Make the cinnamon swirl filling by combining brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour into a small mixing bowl. Whisk together and set aside.

Then make the pound cake batter. Add butter and cream cheese to the stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Cream together for 3 minutes, increasing to medium speed, then add brown sugar and sugar and continue to cream together for another 3 minutes.

Add vanilla extract and the eggs, one at a time. The batter may separate a bit, this is completely normal! Scrape down the sides of the bowl and continue to mix.

Combine the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together all purpose flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt together. Pour flour mixture into the wet ingredients and fold together until just combined.

Spray a 10-cup bundt pan with nonstick baking spray and pour half of the batter into the bottom of the bundt pan. Add the brown sugar mixture and pour remaining batter on top. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Make the brown butter glaze by browning butter in a pan. Add the browned butter to a large mixing bowl and add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Start by adding 3-4 tbsps, add more if you prefer a looser texture.

Once the cake is done, increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees F. Allow the cake to cool in the cake pan for 5 minutes, then turn the cake over onto a wire rack or a plate to cool.

Make the roasted peaches by adding sliced peaches to a large mixing bowl. Add sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Toss together. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add sliced peaches. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes.

Assemble! Drizzle the brown butter glaze onto the cake and top with the roasted peaches. Add crushed graham crackers on top.

Preheat oven to 355° F, grease 9-inch springform pan and sprinkle the inside of the pan with a little brown sugar. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper and wrap the outside of the springform pan with aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder, set aside.

Mix eggs and sugar until it is light and fluffy, add vanilla and (cooled!!!) melted butter, mix until combined.

First add milk and mix, then whisk in flour mixture.

Pour in to the prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.

Cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, refrigerate in the pan before serving.

Dust with powdered sugar and served topped with sweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

I cut the sugar in 1/2 and used pure maple syrup for the other 1/2, and added a pinch of nutmeg. I served w/warm vanilla sauce made w/a butter/flour/milk sauce, exchanging maple syrup for 1/2 the sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, and vanilla. Delicious!

Have made this twice now and it was a total hit every time. I put whipped cream on top when serving, easy to put together and tastes great, Thank You for a fine recipe !

Add the eggs one at a time, scraping down the bowl and beating well after each addition. Beat in the sour cream and vanilla.

With the mixer on low speed, gradually add the flour mixture just until combined. Fold in three-quarters of the peaches. Spread the batter into the prepared cake pan. Sprinkle the top with the remaining peaches and additional sugar, if desired.

Bake for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool for at least 30 minutes before serving. Cake can be covered and stored at room temperature for up to 3 days.
