This <strong>Healthy Peanut Butter &amp; Jelly Oatmeal Recipe</strong> is high in protein and fiber, and it's made in less than 10 minutes! This easy oatmeal recipe makes the perfect healthy breakfast!

Healthy Peanut Butter & Jelly Oatmeal Recipe

gluten free regular oats

vanilla almond milk

flax seed

cinnamon

banana, mashed

peanut butter

raspberry jelly

To a small saucepan add oats, 1/3 cup of almond milk, cinnamon and mashed banana.

Turn heat to medium low and stir the mixture constantly for 3-5 minutes. The oats will start to thicken and the milk will evaporate. Once the milk is evaporated, add 1 tablespoon of almond milk and stir until that evaporates.

Remove oats from the stove, pour into a bowl and top with peanut butter and jelly.

I would love this for breakfast every day! Great way to jazz up oats!

Delicious and healthy! Make this baked oatmeal ahead of time for a warm and comforting breakfast the whole family will love. Double and freeze an extra one for later, too.

Peanut Butter and Banana Baked Oatmeal {Freezer Meal}

old fashioned rolled oats

flaxseed (Why eat flaxseed?)

baking powder

salt

honey (I prefer raw honey)

milk (any kind will do)

eggs

vanilla

bananas,

dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Grease a 9&#215;13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, stir together the oats, flax, baking powder, and salt.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, milk, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla and bananas. (Tip: I find it&#8217;s much easier to throw all of the wet ingredients into the blender instead.)

Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.

Spread into the dish. Bake at 350°F until firm around the corners and still a little soft in the middle, about 20-25 minutes. If you like it a little crunchy on top, cook for a few minutes longer.

Serve warm in bowls with milk poured over the top. We also like fresh berries on top. Enjoy!

tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter

Filtered Water

Quick Cooking

tbsp Chia Seeds

tsp Maple Syrup (Optional)

2+ tbsp Chia Seed Jam

More Peanut Butter and Jam,

First, make your &#8220;Peanut Milk.&#8221; Add the Peanut Butter to a medium bowl and add a small amount of the Filtered Water to it. Use a whisk to &#8220;blend&#8221; the PB with the liquid, and gradually add more liquid while whisking until a smooth, Peanut Butter &#8220;Milk&#8221; forms. Add the rest of the Water to the bowl.

Next, add the Rolled Oats, Chia Seeds, and Maple Syrup to the bowl. Mix well and let sit for 5 or so minutes, so the Oats can absorb some of the moisture.

Scoop half of the Oatmeal into the bottom of a glass jar or Tupperware, then layer with Chia Seed Jam. Pour the remaining Oatmeal over top of the Jam, and top as desired. I like to keep things simple with more PB and Jam!

Store in the fridge until ready to serve; the Oatmeal will keep well for up to 6 days.

This was great. I used crunchy PB and I thought it worked really well. Plus there were small peanuts throughout. Been really enjoying the Chia Jam too. It was the perfect use of some blueberries on their last few days.

I let my kids pick a new overnight oats recipe to try and this was their choice. We used their favorite jam instead of the chia seed jam included but otherwise followed the recipe completely. They loved it and wanted me to mark it as a favorite. I would like to attempt with the chia seed jam sometime in the future because I think that sounds amazing.

Healthy, wholesome and super tasty peanut butter oatmeal bowl ready in less than 15 minutes! Simply the perfect start to your busy weekday morning. Topped with cinnamon and maple syrup, there is nothing not to like about peanut butter on oatmeal!

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bowl

milk ((I used almond milk))

maple syrup

pink salt ((or any))

Place milk and salt into a small saucepan and heat it up until boiling point on high heat.

Once it&#39;s boiled, reduce to medium heat. Add old fashioned oats and simmer. Stir with a spatula often and simmer until the milk disappears. It takes about 8 minutes.

Turn off the heat and place the oatmeal into a bowl. Place peanut butter on top and maple syrup. Sprinkle cinnamon and add your favourite toppings.That&#39;s it! Serve immediately!
