Sausage and Cream Cheese Breakfast Casserole - only 6 ingredients! crescent rolls topped with a mixture of sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, eggs and milk. This is a great casserole for a work potluck, baby shower brunch, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or any other time you need food! Everyone always asks for the recipe!

Sausage and Cream Cheese Breakfast Casserole

crescent rolls

lb breakfast sausage (cooked)

(8-oz) package cream cheese, (softened)

cheddar cheese, (divided)

eggs

milk

½ tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Lightly spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.  Unroll crescent rolls and press into the bottom of the 9x13 pan, pressing seams together to seal.

Mix together cooked sausage, cream cheese and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Spread mixture over crescent rolls. Whisk eggs, milk and pepper until well blended.  Pour over sausage mixture.  Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.

Bake 25-35 minutes or until center is set.

This Crescent roll recipe is the Copycat recipe for Pillsbury crescent rolls and is equivalent to two 8-count tubes of Pillsbury dough sheets. Crescent Rolls (Pillsbury Copycat)

all-purpose flour

Tbsp sugar

salt

tsp baking powder

Tbsp dry active yeast

Tbsp margarine or softened butter ((2/3 cup))

water

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Add the margarine and water and mix well. Let it rest for 30 minutes. (Dough will be slightly sticky.)

Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll out each piece to a 12x8 rectangle over parchment paper. Using a bench scraper cut each rectangle into 4 then each piece in half diagonally to make 8 triangles.

This recipe makes 2 tubes of Crescents. Use it in any recipe calling for bought crescents.

These easy churro cheesecake bars combine creamy, tangy cream cheese with the sweet crunch of cinnamon-sugar coated churros. They’re a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

Churro Cheesecake Bars

refrigerated crescent rolls ((2- 8 ounce packages))

cream cheese (softened (2 blocks))

white sugar

vanilla extract

butter (melted)

cinnamon

chocolate syrup (I used Hershey's)

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

In a large mixing bowl,  combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg. Beat with a mixer or by hand until smooth and creamy.

Grease a 9x13&quot; baking dish and press the first roll of crescent rolls to cover the bottom and seal the seams. Spread the cream cheese mixture on, then cover with the second roll of crescent rolls.

Mix the cinnamon and sugar for the topping together. Then, brush the melted butter over the top and sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly to coat the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.

I made this for my parents birthday. It was a make again hit with everyone.
