Add the whipping cream and optional vanilla extract and pulse until well mixed. For a frothier popsicle, you can increase to a full blend to give it a light whipped texture.

Taste and add additional whipping cream, if desired.

Pour into molds and allow to freeze at...

Easy Dole Whip Popsicles | Only 4 Ingredients With No Added Sugar!

These frozen sweet treats are easy to make and seriously satisfying on a hot summer day. Complete with greek yogurt and a quick and easy homemade jam, you&#39;ll love every cold bite of these popsicles.

Vanilla Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles

plain greek yogurt

blueberries (fresh

white sugar

vanilla extract

In a medium bowl, mix the greek yogurt with ⅔ of the sugar and the vanilla extract and mix until well combined. Set aside.

In a food processor blend the blueberries until you obtain a fine puree.

In a saucepan, pour the blueberry puree and ¼ of the sugar and mix until well combined.

On slow-medium heat, stir and cook until it thickens and changes color a bit.

Let cool before mixing it with the yogurt.

For the homemade quick blueberry jam:

Start with either the yogurt mixture or the jam and pour a couple of tablespoons on each mold.

Continue with a couple of tablespoons of the other ingredient.

Keep building layers until you reach the top.

Create the galaxy effect using one of the popsicle sticks. Insert it in the filled molds and move it around up and down so the layers mix. Don’t overmix or you’ll lose the layers.

Once mixed, put the lid and the sticks and transfer them into the freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Once the popsicles are frozen, you can take them out of the mold and store them in ziplock bags. To easily take them out of the molds without sweating or breaking the sticks, just take out the mold from the freezer and let it sit for a couple of minutes, then squeeze from the bottom of the molds.

Once the blueberry jam has reached room temp, fill the popsicle molds as follows:

Banana Pudding Popsicles

non-fat Greek yogurt

Dixie Crystal's granulated sugar

instant banana pudding mix

vanilla wafers

In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, sugar, and banana pudding mix until combined and smooth.

Scoop equal amounts between 6 popsicle molds. Top with crushed Oreo cookies or Nilla wafers.

Insert popsicle sticks or straws into each mold- sticking straight up.

Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

If you want to make more pops, simply double the recipe! If you have a toddler who's super sensitive to textures, use mango instead of kiwi for extra creamy results.

banana ((about 1/2 cup))

Add the ingredients to a blender.

Blend very smooth, starting on low and working up to high.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. (You can add a little maple syrup if needed.)

Divide mixture into reusable freezer pop molds. Or among 3-ounce plastic cups (put them onto a freezer-safe plate for easy transporting), placing a popsicle stick into the center of each cup.

Freeze popsicles for at least 4 hours or overnight.

To store after the pops are fully frozen, transfer to zip top freezer bag and freeze for up to 2 months.

To serve, run the popsicle molds under hot water to loosen, or snip the cup with scissors and peel away.

These were excellent with pineapple for the fruit. Added pecans,  flax and a couple dates. One of my kids ate a bowl like ice cream :)

Great recipe! I used mango and added chia seeds. I only have a small popsicle mold so my 2 year old and I drank half of it and froze the rest, she loved it in both forms.
