In separate bowl mix brown sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar, whole cloves, and 3/4 cup dole pineapple juice from the can. Set aside.In pressure cooker place fold two long sheets of foil together to form one skinny long piece that will make handles. Place with ends coming up to the top and folding over edge of instant pot. Place ham in pressure cooker and pour glaze on top, reserving 1 cup of the liquid. Top ham with remaining pineapple tidbits and 1 cup water. Seal and cook high 7 minutes. Quick release.

If crispness is desired, remove liquid from the pressure cooker and set aside. Add remaining glaze and add air fryer lid. Air fry for about 7-10 minutes. Ladle some of the remaining juices back on to ham to keep moist.

For sticky caramelized glaze on top with air fryer

If crispness is desired, remove from pressure cooker to cookie sheet. broil for a few minutes until ends are caramelized and crispy. Ladle juices from pressure cooker on ham to restore any moisture. Serve immediately.

Instant pot Ham

This no-fail recipe is so easy and you&#039;ll love how the ham turns out perfectly cooked and juicy when made in the Instant Pot!

Easy 2-Ingredient Instant Pot Ham

tbsp arrowroot starch ((can sub corn starch))

Add juice to the Instant Pot and place the trivet in the pot. Place the ham on the trivet and close the lid and the pressure valve.

Cook the ham on manual mode at high pressure:4-5 lb ham: 13 minutes + 20 minutes Natural Release6-7 lb ham: 18 minutes + 20 minutes Natural Release8-9 lb ham: 23 minutes + 20 minutes Natural ReleaseReminder: These cooking times are for a fully cooked bone-in uncut ham

After the cooking cycle has ended, allow the pressure to naturally release for 20 minutes as noted. After the 20 minutes, carefully release any remaining pressure.

Remove the ham and place it on a cutting board. Slice and serve or continue on with the glaze instructions.

Once the ham has been removed from the Instant Pot, add the honey and dijon mustard to the leftover juices in the pot and stir to mix the ingredients.

Press the Saute button on the Instant Pot. While the juices start to cook mix the arrowroot starch with the water in a small bowl to make a slurry. Make sure the flour has completely mixed with the water.

Pour the slurry into the Instant Pot and mix well with the other juices. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5-6 minutes or until the glaze has thickened to your liking.

Press the cancel button on the Instant Pot. You can either use the glaze to brush all over the ham before slicing, drizzle it all over the ham slices for serving, or use it on the side for dipping pieces in.

The ham&#39;s internal temperature will continue to rise.Bring the sauce back to a simmer by pressing the 'Cancel' button, then 'Saute' button. Taste and gradually add in brown sugar to desired sweetness. Sweetness Tips: You&#39;ll want the sauce to be quite sweet to balance the salty smoky ham flavor. For reference, we added roughly ¼ cup (50g) brown sugar. Mix 2.5 tbsp (22.5g) cornstarch with 3 tbsp (45ml) cold water in a small mixing bowl. Add the cornstarch mixture one third at a time to thicken the honey pineapple sauce until desired thickness.

Serve Ham

My recipe for Ninja Pressure Cooker Ham (Gammon) is a fabulous way to cook a large joint of ham, or gammon, in just 1 hour.

Still meltingly tender and infused with aromatics, this method is not just quick, but it saves on energy costs too.

You can cook this in a standard pressure cooker, as well as a Ninja Multi Cooker, or an Instant Pot Multi Cooker.

It&#x27;s bascially my traditional Baked Ham recipe, but cooked in a fraction of the time. Serve this ham for Easter lunch, with lots left over for sandwiches, salads, soups and stews.

We love ham as served part of a Sunday Tea Tray Supper, or for a midweek tea; served with boiled eggs, and homemade bread, 

It&#x27;s also wonderful when served with homemade chunky chips, as part of ham, egg and chips, which was my late dad&#x27;s favourite.

I&#x27;ve shared the recipe for this Ninja Pressure Cooker Ham (Gammon) below, you can of course still make it in the traditional way, if you don&#x27;t have a multi-cooker or a pressure cooker.

For a main meal, serve this with parsley sauce, peas and mashed potatoes for a hearty meal that is sure to please all the family.

When the cooking has finished, allow to release the pressure slowly. Once it is safe to open the lid once the pressure has all been released, (some models will tell you this) open the lid.

If you are not serving the ham or...

If you are not serving the ham or gammon hot, I like to leave it in the cooking liquor, as it keeps it moist. If serving hot, lift out with tongs, drain and carve in slices to serve.
