tbsp (10 grams) dutch black cocoa or dark cocoa powder

tbsp (8 grams) peanut butter powder

tbsp (8 grams) sugar free chocolate pudding mix

tsp baking powder

sweetener (2-3 grams)

(90 mL) unsweetened almond milk

tsp vanilla extract (optional)

tbsp (8 grams) mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 and line the bottom of your cupcake pan with cut our parchment circles and spray with non stick spray

Grate your carrot

Mix your dry and wet ingredients separate and then combine together mixing dry into wet

Spoon batter into its and bake for 10-15 minutes Pro tip- weigh your bowl BEFORE adding the ingredients and then weigh it after so you know how much batter weighs. Ie if it weighs 240g then you would know to do 40g of batter per cupcake.

Combine all wet ingredients first and then incorporate the swerve sugar substitute. Stir until there are no more lumps

Preheat the oven to 400°

One full method; combine your wet ingredients then your dry. Then gently fold the peaches in last

Divide among eight prepared and sprayed muffin pan spots I placed a cut out circle of parchment at the bottom of each and spray with coconut oil

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. I pulled mine out around 22 and will probably do slightly less next time

Mashed Ripe Bananas (about 3 large bananas)

Maple Syrup

Melted Coconut Oil

Vanilla Pea Protein Powder

Dark Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly oiled paper with oil spray or coconut oil. Set aside.

Peel, mash the banana into a puree, and measure the amount called by the recipe using a measuring cup.

In a mixing bowl, add mashed banana, maple syrup, melted coconut, and stir to combine.

Stir in the dry ingredients: oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon, until just combined. Don&#39;t overmix to avoid gummy bread.

Pour the banana bread into the prepared loaf pan, sprinkle the dark chocolate chips on top, and bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.

This bread remains a bit moist in the center, so it&#39;s normal if you insert a pick in the center and the batter still sticks slightly to it.

Cool it down completely before slicing, it takes about 3 hours on a cooling rack at room temperature.

Store at room temperature for up to 4 days in a sealed box.

Microwave Protein Cake without Powder

Large Egg Whites (or 2 Large Eggs)

Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Tablespoons Coconut Flour (or Oat Flour)

Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

Ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)

Tablespoon Peanut Butter (or Any Other Nut Butter)

Tablespoon Sweetener

Teaspoon Baking Powder

Take out a microwavable safe bowl and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray

Add all of your ingredients into your bowl and mix everything together

Microwave for :30 seconds and lightly mix everything together again

Top it with whatever you want and put it back into the microwave for 2 minutes :15 seconds

Protein Coffee Cake with Streusel (Complete but Easy)

Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (120 grams, see post for subs)

Vanilla Protein Powder (divided 45 grams, about 1½ scoop)

½ tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Baking Soda

Salt

Non-fat Greek Yogurt (room temperature, 112 grams)

Almond Milk (room temperature, 120 milliliters)

Tbsp Butter (Softened)

Egg (room temperature)

Tbsp Whole Wheat Pastry Flour

Tbsp 1:1 Zero Calorie Sugar Replacement

tsp Instant Coffee

1½ Tbsp Cold Butter (in cubes)

Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper; Spray sides with cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, half protein powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat together butter and half protein powder using an electric hand mixer or paddle attachment until combined.

Add Greek yogurt, milk and egg and beat again.

Add dry mix to wet and fold using a large spoon or spatula.DO NOT OVER-MIX or the cake will be tough because of the protein powder and gluten from the whole wheat flour.

In another bowl, combine flour, zero calorie sugar replacement, cinnamon and coffee.

And butter cubes and a fork to work mixture to form heavy crumbs.

Spread ½ cake batter into baking pan, sprinkle on half streusel, spread remaining batter (flatten with back of spoon or spatula), top with remaining coffee-cinnamon mixture.

Bake on center rack for 25-30 minutes, until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean and center of cake is springy to touch.

Let cool in pan fro 15 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.

Tbsp Melted Butter (28 grams)

oz Sugar free Cool Whip (85 grams)

Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8” round cake pan with parchment paper; Spray sides with cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine whole wheat pastry flour, vanilla protein powders, matcha green tea powder, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, milk, melted butter and egg.

Add in dry mix in wet and fold using a large spoon or spatula.DO NOT OVER-MIX or the cake will be tough because of the protein powder.

Pour mixture into baking pan.

Bake on center rack for 22 minutes.A tester inserted into the center will come out clean and top springy to touch.

In a small bowl stir cool whip.

Spread on top of (cooled) cake.
