High-Protein, Low-Carb Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

banana, ripe

peanut butter (smooth)

cottage cheese

tsp baking powder

tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease the parchment to prevent sticking.

Place the banana, eggs, peanut butter, cottage cheese, and baking powder in a blender or food processor.

Blend on high until you have a smooth, creamy batter with no visible lumps.

Carefully pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan.

Evenly sprinkle the sugar-free chocolate chips over the top of the batter.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50–55 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; if it comes out mostly clean (melted chocolate is fine), your banana bread is ready.

Remove the loaf pan from the oven and let the bread cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing to help it set.

Slice into 8 portions and enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Frozen Protein S'mores (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

graham crackers

oz coconut cool whip ((or regular))

Line a medium-sized glass food container with parchment paper.

Place 3 full graham crackers along the bottom of the container.

Take your container of cool whip, add a scoop of protein powder, stir until mixed in. Should be a thicker whip!

Scoop protein whip mixture on top of the graham crackers and spread evenly.

Melt chocolate by combining chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 30 sec, stir, and repeat until smooth. Pour on top of other layers.

Place 3 more full graham crackers on top.

Set in the freezer for at least 1 hour, until firm.

Once frozen, carefully remove from container, place on a cutting board to slice into 6 pieces along the seams of the crackers. Enjoy!

This creamy pistachio protein cheesecake marks the beginning of a new series on our website: high-protein desserts. This recipe is incredibly easy to make, packed with rich pistachio flavor and protein. It contains 214.5 grams of protein in total, which works out to 26.8 grams per slice.

Creamy Pistachio protein cheesecake with cottage cheese 214 g super easy!

digestive biscuits

melted butter

milk powder

350 Grams pistachio spread (50% pistachio)

Granulated sugar

scoop protein powder (45 grams)

greek yogurt

pistachio spread (50% pistachio)

Salted pistachios

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)

. Start by crushing the digestive biscuits (or any high-protein biscuit you have) into fine crumbs. Use a food processor or a ziplock bag with a rolling pin to break the cookies.

Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press this mixture into the pan, bringing it slightly up the sides. Bake for 7 minutes in the preheated oven.

Blend the cottage cheese

using a blender until it’s smooth. Pour this mixture into a mixing bowl and mix it with the pistachio spread.

To this mixture, add the milk powder and protein powder. Mix until fully incorporated. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. Then, add the Greek yogurt and sugar.

If your cheesecake mixture isn’t smooth, feel free to blend it again. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.

Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 55 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 30 minutes. Allow it to set for about 4 hours (it won’t be fully set yet). Finally, decorate with melted pistachio spread and chopped salted pistachios. Enjoy!
