1.5 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

Tablespoon Cocoa powder (optional if making chocolate pudding)

Sugar

Flaked sea salt, (optional)

Add all ingredients to a blender jar or magic bullet, making sure to add the liquid first. &nbsp;Blend 30 seconds.

Serve immediately or let chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Top with chocolate chips and flaked sea salt

firstly, dry roast 1 cup almond until it turns aromatic. keep aside.

in the same pan take ½ cup walnut, ¼ cup pistachios and ¼ cup cashew.

roast on low flame until the nuts turn crunchy. keep aside.

further take 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 2 tbsp melon seeds and 2 tbsp sunflower seeds.

roast until the seeds turn crunchy, keep aside.

now roast ½ cup oats until it turns crisp.

transfer the roasted oats to the same plate and cool completely.

furthermore, add 2 tbsp chia seeds and mix well-combining everything well.

once the nuts cool down, transfer to a mixi and blend to a fine powder. make sure to pulse and blend to prevent oil releasing.

sieve the powder to have a smooth powder.

also, add ½ cup milk powder and mix well.

protein powder is ready to use. store in an airtight container and use up to 2 months.

to prepare the protein milk, heat 2 cup milk on medium flame.

once the milk turns warm, add 3 tbsp of prepared protein powder and mix well.

finally, enjoy protein powder milk as a supplement or for weight loss.

Bananas (frozen)

peanut butter (plus more for topping)

Vegan vanilla protein powder

tbs Coconut milk

tbs Mini chocolate chips

Add protein, peanut butter and cream to bottom of blender.

Slice the frozen bananas to make it easier &amp; add them to the blender.

Process until smooth using a tamper as needed.

Spread the mixture into an 8x4 silicone loaf pan and smooth it out.

Stir in the chocolate chips and additional peanut butter if using.

Enjoy as it or freeze for 20-40 minutes if you want to scoop it into a cone.

Water to hydrate the soya beans

To make homemade protein for the gym, we’re gonna start by soaking the yellow soya beans in cold water the night before. Make sure there’s enough water, as the beans will absorb some of it.

Strain the yellow soya beans in the sink to remove the water. (You can also save the water for watering plants!)

In a big pot, add lots of cold water and the soya beans. Bring them to medium heat on the stove, and once they start boiling, set a timer for 1 hour.

Once they’re cooked, strain them again to remove as much water as possible.

Place the beans on a baking tray, making sure they’re flat and spread out evenly so they cook faster. Put the beans in the oven. Turn on the oven to 170°C (or 340°F). Once it reaches the temperature, cook them for about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours. Keep an eye on them. When you feel like they’re ready, grab one and crush it in your fingers (make sure it’s cold first). It should turn into powder. If it’s wet and mushy, it needs more time.

Prepare the soya beans

After this time, when they’re ready, let them rest for 5 minutes. Then, blend them into a fine powder. I do 30 seconds in mixing mode and then high speed for 2-3 minutes, but it depends on your blender—you might need more or less time.

To the blender, add milk powder, cocoa powder, and sugar. Blend again until everything looks integrated and powdery. This should take about 1 minute.

Get yourself a jar (make sure it’s very dry), add a packet of rice (place rice wrapped in plastic wrap with some holes poked in it), and then add the powder on top. Store it on the counter until you run out.

Every time you need to make a protein smoothie, add two scoops (or 60 g) of powder to 300 g of milk or water. I always like using milk because it gives a much better flavor and has more protein. Blend it, and enjoy! This is a really easy and delicious recipe for homemade protein powder for smoothies.
