This recipe was not clear as to how much watermelon to use. I found this out the hard way. I used all the watermelon and mixed with the listed ingredients. It came out much too weak. Had to add quite a bit more alcohol. I checked out several other recipes after the fact and all were more direct with the amount of watermelon to use.

This boozy honey lavender lemonade is a great drink for brunches. It is also the PERFECT punch for spring and summer bridal or baby showers.

Boozy Honey Lavender Lemonade

Bring water to a boil in a small...

Bring water to a boil in a small pot. Once water is boiling, add lavender flowers and reduce heat. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, then strain lavender flowers out and discard.

Return lavender infused water to pot and add...

Return lavender infused water to pot and add honey. Turn heat to medium and simmer until honey is dissolved and liquid has reduced by 1/4 cup (10-20 minutes depending on your pot.) Remove from heat and allow to cool before using.

Add lemon juice, water, vodka and 1 1/2...

Add lemon juice, water, vodka and 1 1/2 cups of lavender honey simple syrup to a large punch bowl. Stir well. Add ice and fresh edible flowers to garnish.

Also made 4 batches for big Sat. afternoon bridal shower today.  Fruit and mint rose to top so we were able to use a beverage dispenser with a spigot., fruit didn’t clog spigot!  Every drop was gone!  Not too over the top on alcohol but sure got everyone into the fun spirit.  Not overly sweet either, used dry Prosecco.  Will make again.

This is AMAZING!!!! We had 5 for brunch and drank it all day long!

paleo, gluten free, vegan, dairy free  punch that&#x27;s refreshing and delicious

Soursop punch

soursop (peeled)

almond milk

condensed coconut milk (see post)

tsp vanilla extract

tsp nutmeg

cinnamon

Cut the peeled soursop lengthways into two halves.

Use a knife to discard the thick stalk running down the middle of the fruit.

Cut the flesh into small pieces using the same knife to pluck out the black seeds. Feel free to use your fingers if preferred. This process should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
