Shrimp scampi is succulent seafood and tomatoes mixed in a tangy lemon garlic sauce which pairs nicely with angel hair pasta.

Shrimp Scampi

shrimp

salt

black pepper

olive oil

unsalted butter (divided)

shallots (⅛-inch dice)

garlic

red pepper flakes

lemon juice

lemon zest

dry white wine (chardonnay recommended)

roma tomato (¼-inch dice)

parsley

Combine shrimp with salt and pepper.

Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter.

Once the butter is melted add shallots, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir and cook until shallots are tender and garlic is fragrant but not browned, 2 minutes.

Add shrimp to the pan in one layer, turn heat up to medium. Cook for 2 minutes, not moving the shrimp.

Flip the shrimp over and cook until just cooked through 1 minute. Transfer to a bowl.

Turn heat up to medium-high, add in lemon juice, zest, and wine. Bring to a boil and allow sauce to reduce by half, about 4 to 6 minutes.

Turn heat down to low and whisk in 3 tablespoons of butter to create a light thickened and emulsified sauce.

Add cooked shrimp, tomatoes, and parsley. Stir and cook until warmed through, 1 to 2 minutes.

Garnish with pepper and parsley. Serve with lemon wedges, crusty bread or pasta.

Easy Shrimp Scampi

You can make the best ever Red Lobster Pina Colada Dipping Sauce.&nbsp; This sauce is perfect for shrimp, chicken, and even fresh fruit.&nbsp;

Pina Colada Dipping Sauce (Red Lobster Copykat)

piña colada mix

water

pineapple (drained)

coconut

sugar (plus 1 teaspoon)

cornstarch

Mix together pina colada mix, water, crushed pineapple, coconut, and powdered sugar in a saucepan.&nbsp;

Heat on medium-low temperature until sauce begins to simmer, stirring frequently. Let mixture simmer slowly 10-12 minutes.&nbsp;

Mix cornstarch and cold water together; add to sauce and blend well. Let mixture simmer for 3-5 minutes longer while stirring during and after adding cornstarch. Remove from heat and bring to room temperature.&nbsp;

The sauce is served at room temperature with Parrot Bay Rum Shrimp.

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Bisquick baking mix

cheddar cheese

butter

parsley flakes

garlic powder

Italian seasoning

Garlic Powder

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick, water, and shredded cheese. Roll out the resulting dough until it is 3/4 inch thick.

Cut the biscuits with a biscuit cutter, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

While the biscuits are baking, in a small saucepan, melt the butter together with the parsley, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

When the tops of the biscuits are golden brown, remove the biscuits from the oven. Brush the tops with the seasoned butter and serve immediately.

Today we're going to make Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits, what could be
better than that.

So we're going to begin making the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits. These
are so good and so easy. You just have a couple of ingredients, one is
Bisquick Mix. These aren't from scratch, so they are very easy to do. We
have cheddar cheese in here. For the topping we use butter, garlic powder,
a little bit of Italian seasoning, and parsley.

So in a bowl you're going to add two cups of Bisquick Mix and a half a cup
of water. Going to stir these in together, then we're going to add our
cheddar cheese, and we're just going to stir that in. Then we're going to
take a baking sheet. We're going to go ahead and spray that with non-stick
spray. You can just use your hands and take the biscuits, and just kind of
roll them into large size balls like this one, and just drop it on the
cookie sheet.

If you've never done any baking, you know what, it's really easy to make
biscuits like this. If you make these biscuits kind of small, you can
probably get a dozen out of here. I'll probably get, I don't know,
probably about 10, couple of my biscuits are kind of large. Okay, so I got
about 9 out of here. Again, if you make them a little bit smaller you can
get about 12.

Okay. So we're going to pop these into a 350 degree oven for about 8 to 10
minutes. And while these are cooking, we are going to make our garlic
butter and seasons sauce to freshen the tops of these when they come out of
the oven.

So I've melted about a quarter cup of butter, that's a half a stick, just
melt it in the microwave for about 45 seconds. And now we're going to add
our garlic powder, our Italian seasoning, and our parsley. We're going to
give this a quick stir, and when the biscuits are done and out of the oven,
we're just going to pour a little bit of this on the top of each biscuit.

Okay, our biscuits have just come out of the oven. You can see they're
nice golden brown, and now we're just going to drizzle our garlic butter
sauce right on top of them. This is what helps them taste extra good. You
can see how pretty they look right now, and here are our Red Lobster
Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Hot, hot, hot . . . mm, they're so good.

Red Lobster Tartar Sauce Copycat Recipe

mayonnaise

white onions

carrot (finely diced)

sweet pickle relish ((do not use dill relish))

sugar

white onion

Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Oh my word, no no no, this is not proper Tartar Sauce, it may be a good replica of the Red Lobster restaurant sauce (never heard of them) but this is NOT Tartar sauce, serve that in Europe and it would be thrown at you.

200ml/7fl oz mayonnaise
3 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
3 tbsp gherkins, drained and chopped
1 small shallot, finely chopped
squeeze of lemon juice
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley/tarragon/dill
flaked sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

In our home, commercial brand tarter sauces just don't seem to be what we enjoy. I think we have tried them all. Since today is Friday and we do 'Fish on Friday' every week, you may have finally put an end to our search.  Grating the onion is a good suggestion!

If you want a different taste that's just as phrazle excellent, try grating your onion instead of slicing it (there's less 'crunch' that way) and adding dill relish (leave off the sugar and sweet relish).

Red Lobster Tartar Sauce is the best Tartar Sauce ever. It makes any seafood taste great. I go to Red Lobster to buy the Tartar Sauce when I know I'm fixing seafood it makes me think I'm at Red Lobster. It's the next best thing to being their. I wish Red Lobster would start selling their Tartar Sauce in the grocery stores like you can buy their Cheddar Bay Biscuits.

This sauce is amazingly like Red Lobsters! In fact, I like it even better! (I'm a tatar sauce snob) Five stars!

I knew their tartar sauce had carrot in it!  This tastes better the 2nd day.

This recipe is a good start, but RL's tartar sauce definitely has garlic included. I added in about 1/2 of a minced clove of garlic and that was very close to being a copy cat in my opinion.

Decent recipe, but not an exact copy of RL’s tarter sauce. I doubled the ingredients in order to produce enough for my family. However I did find it a bit on the salty side, therefore I would reduce the amount of salt I use if I were to make this again. The brands I used were Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, Vlasic Sweet Pickle Relish, locally sourced vidalia onion, Bolthouse Farms Organic Baby Cut carrots, Morton iodized table salt &amp; Pioneer sugar in case people wonder the brand(s) &amp; quality of ingredients I used.

I have looked for a recipe for RL's tartar sauce unsuccessfully and stumbled across yours.  I am looking forward to trying it.  I am surprised there is no lemon juice in this.  I may add that after trying this.  Thanks for the recipe!

Swiss cheese (hand-grated)

American cheese (cubed)

Campbell’s Cream of Shrimp Condensed Soup ((1 can))

In a saucepan over low heat, combine the Swiss cheese, American cheese, cream of shrimp soup, milk, cayenne pepper, paprika, and red bell pepper, stirring occasionally until melted. Add the lobster and shrimp and stir. Heat through until the seafood is warm.

Hull out a bread bowl. Reserve the hulled-out bread and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Place the bread bowl in the center of a plate surrounded by the bite-sized pieces of bread. Pour the fondue into the bread bowl and garnish with green onions.

This was always 1 of my favorite dishes from Red Lobster and I love the way they served it in the hollowed out bread with the fondue inside and then the toasted bread slices on the side. I love getting these wonderful recipes from all my favorite places to eat and then trying them at home for my family and friends...

We had a Fondue party and this was one of the favorites that night.
