Roasted Red Potatoes with a crispy outside and creamy middle are the perfect side dish for your next dinner.

Roasted Red Potatoes

red potatoes

olive oil

garlic salt

onion powder

¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Cut potatoes into large chunks, about a two bite size. (For small red potatoes this will be halves, for larger red potatoes like we used it will be quarters or fifths).

Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with spices.

Spread onto a baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast at 425 degrees on center rack of oven for 40 - 50 minutes until browned. (Do not flip or turn during cooking).

ROASTED RED POTATOES

These roasted red potatoes are coated in garlic, herbs and parmesan cheese, then oven baked to golden brown perfection. An easy and elegant side dish that takes just minutes to put together!

baby red potatoes (halved)

garlic (minced)

salt

pepper

Italian seasoning

parmesan cheese

parsley

cooking spray

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat the foil with cooking spray.

Place the potatoes in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and fork tender. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes

red baby potatoes

Tablespoons salted butter (melted)

garlic powder

½ teaspoon ground pepper

celery seeds

thyme

Clean the potatoes and pat dry. Cut each potato into quarters and put them into a mixing bowl. Set aside

In a small bowl, combine melted butter and garlic powder. Mix well.

Pour the butter mixture over the potatoes. Mix until the potatoes are coated.

Add the salt, pepper, celery seeds and ground thyme in the potato bowl. Mix well until the potatoes are all coated.

Put into the air fryer basket.

Cook on manual setting at 390 degrees F for 15 minutes, shake the basket and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Shake the basket and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are nice and golden and soft on the inside.

Serve and enjoy!

Easy Oven Roasted Potatoes

8-10 medium red potatoes

Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Zesty Italian Salad Dressing & Marinade Mix

tsp salt

tsp ground pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.

Cube the potatoes and leave the skin on. Rinse well and then place them in a gallon Ziplock baggie.

Add the olive oil, onion powder, salt, pepper, and package of Zesty Italian Dressing Mix to the Ziplock baggie.

Shake the baggie well until ingredients are evenly coated on the potatoes.

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Pour the the potatoes onto the cookie sheet and spread evenly.

Roast for 45 minutes. About half way through the roasting process, you&#039;ll want to move them around with a spatula. 

Once done, remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley.

Roasted red potatoes are one of the easiest and most delicious ways to enjoy red potatoes! With just a few simple ingredients and minimal prep, they crisp up beautifully on the outside while staying irresistibly creamy on the inside.

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

Preheat

Preheat the oven to 400℉/200℃. Spray a large rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray and set to the side.

Prepare

Give 3 pounds red potatoes a good scrub and let air-dry completely. Once dried, cut the potatoes into 1-inch chunks. For baby red potatoes, I recommend cutting in half; small red potatoes, cut in quarters; and larger red potatoes cut into 1-inch pieces.

Place the prepared potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1-½ teaspoon kosher salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon black pepper, and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (if using). Toss the potatoes with the seasonings, ensuring they are well coated.

Season

Arrange the potatoes on the pan so that they are cut-side down (if using baby potatoes) and NOT touching. Roast for 25 minutes.

Roast

Take the pan out of the oven and use a spatula or tongs to carefully flip the potatoes over. Place the pan back in the oven and continue roasting for another 15-20 minutes, until the potatoes are golden, crispy, and fork tender.

Serve

Take the potatoes out of the oven and serve immediately.
