Start with your favorite burger toppings, roll ’em up in pizza dough, and you end up with these tasty (and fun!) Cheeseburger Rollups!

Cheeseburger Rollups

beef

onion

garlic

10-oz. can diced tomatoes, drained

Worcestershire sauce

Dijon mustard

salt

½ tsp black pepper

pizza dough (homemade

cheddar cheese (shredded)

olive oil

½ tsp Italian seasonings

sesame seeds

Using a large skillet, add beef, onions and garlic.  Cook over medium-high, stirring occasionally, until beef is fully cooked.

Add diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt and black pepper; stir until well combined.  Continue cooking until all of the liquid has evaporated. (Note: If necessary, drain any excess liquid at this stage.)

Remove pan from heat and set aside.

For the Hamburger Filling

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper; set aside.

Working on a well-floured surface, roll dough into a 16”x8” rectangle.

Spread hamburger filling evenly over dough, leaving ½” border on edges.  Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.

Starting with a long side, roll dough into a tight log.  Place log seam side down on prepared baking pan.

Brush top of roll with olive oil and then sprinkle Italian seasonings and sesame seeds on top.

Bake for 28-30 minutes, or until top is golden brown.

For the Roll-Ups

These Ranch Cream Cheese Rollups are an easy and delicious appetizer for any party! Great to make ahead and just a few simple ingredients. Whether you call them rollups or pinwheels, these are bound to be a family favorite for years to come!

Ranch Cream Cheese Rollups

tortillas

oz cream cheese (full-fat, softened)

mayo

onions

green pepper (diced)

mozzarella (shredded)

cheddar (shredded)

Combine all ingredients with either a mixer or by hand in a large bowl.

Spread

Spread 1/4 of the mixture on each tortilla.

Roll

Tightly roll up each tortilla to avoid gaps when slicing.

Wrap

Wrap each rollup in either cling wrap or tin foil to keep from drying out in the fridge.

Rest

Place rollups in the fridge overnight or for a few hours, however long you have! This is important to get all the flavors to meld together.

Slice

Carefully slice each rollup into 1/2 inch slices.

Serve

Serve right away or store in a sealed container in the fridge.
