These homemade crunch bars taste identical to the Nestle Crunch bars although I think the homemade ones are better. Plus you can make all kinds of different kinds of crunch bars with different chocolate. :) You only need two ingredients! They are super easy to make, if I can do it, you can do it.

Homemade Crunch Bars

Rice Krispies

Begin by melting your favorite kind of chocolate. You can melt it in the microwave in a microwave-safe bowl using the defrost mode for 45 seconds then stir the chocolate, then defrost for 45 seconds, until melted. Or use the standard high setting for 25 seconds, stirring in between.

You may also use the double boiler method. Place the bowl of chocolate on top of a small pot with water in the bottom. Set the burner to medium heat and as the water heats up the steam will warm the bottom of the bowl gently melting the chocolate.

Gently mix together the crisped rice (Rice Krispies) in the bowl of melted chocolate. Fold and stir gently until all incorporated.

Evenly spoon the crunch bar mixture into your candy bar molds, making them as thick as you like. I like them fairly thin about 1/4 of an inch. Smooth out the top a bit with the back of the spoon or narrow spatula. Then chill them in the fridge for 30 minutes. If you don&#039;t have a candy bar mold, just spoon the chocolate mixture onto a sheet pan or cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and shape them how you like.

Once they are chilled and the chocolate has set. Remove one from the mold and eat it! Notice that classic crunch. Enjoy!

Store them in the pan in the fridge, or remove them and store them in a single layer in a plastic bag. You can individually wrap them in parchment paper as well if you like.

Note: If you don't have a candy bar pan and don't want to buy one, you can drop the candy onto a silicone mat or parchment paper and shape it in a bar shape.

How to Make Chocolate Crunch Bars | Nestle Crunch Bar Copycat Recipe

Chocolate Banana Shake

Banana, frozen

Cup Green Peas, frozen

Tablespoons Peanut Butter, smooth

Tablespoon Cacao Powder

Cups Almond Milk, unsweetened

Dates, pitted

Add all to blender cup and blend on high for 1-2 minutes till smooth.

Panfried lamb shortloin with greens and greek lemon sauce

Lamb

Tbsp oregano

½ tsp Cracked black pepper

Garlic cloves, squashed

Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

500 ml Chicken stock

Lemon juice, fresh

broccoli

g Snow peas, stalk ends cut off (Main)

Spinach leaves (Main)

Lemon, zest only

servings Steamed rice

Put the lamb into a large bowl and add the oregano, pepper, garlic and oil. Mix well and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Bring the stock to a very gentle simmer in a saucepan.

Put the egg yolks and lemon juice into a roomy heatproof bowl and beat well. Reserve.

Remove the garlic from the lamb and season the lamb with salt. Heat a frying pan over moderate heat and panfry the lamb for about 4 minutes on each side for medium (pink and juicy on the inside but cooked). Remove from the heat, place on a plate, loosely cover with foil and allow to rest while you cook the vegetables and make the sauce.

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and add the broccoli. Bring back to the boil and boil 3 minutes then add the snowpeas and spinach and boil a further 2 minutes. Drain well.

Bring the stock to a rolling boil then remove from the heat. Whisking continually, add the stock slowly to the egg yolk and juice mix. Pour back into the saucepan and place directly over moderate heat and stir until the sauce thickens slightly. Do not boil or it will curdle. Taste and season with salt.

Slice the lamb on the diagonal across the grain of the meat. Serve the lamb on the vegetables with the sauce over it and sprinkled with the zest and the rice on the side.

This chocolate pie gets a hits of crunch and salt from a  potato chip crust. 

Potato Chip Chocolate Pie

unsalted butter, melted

all-purpose flour

heavy cream, divided

(3 cups) semisweet chocolate chips, divided

eggs

vanilla extract

sea salt salt

Preheat oven to 350˚. Set aside 10 potato chips. In a blender or food processor place the rest of the chips and pulse until they are fine in texture. Add in melted butter and flour and mix until fully combined.

Press crust mix into a 9-inch pie or tart pan. Make sure the crust is as even as possible. Bake for 12 minutes and set aside to cool when done.

In a medium saucepan combine 1/4 cup of cream with 10 ounces (1 2/3 cups) chocolate chips. Whisk until smooth, but do not overheat. Add to this mixture vanilla, eggs, and salt and blend until smooth.

Pour filling into potato chip crust and bake for 22-25 minutes. Allow to cool for half an hour after removing from oven.

Into a small saucepan pour remaining cream and chocolate chips and stir over medium-low heat until well blended to make the ganache. Do not overheat. Pour ganache over the top of pie. Smooth topping with offset spatula, butter knife, or frosting knife for a level finish.

Crush reserved potato chips finely by placing them in a zippered plastic sandwich bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin. Do not crush too finely. Before chocolate sets add the chips around the edge of the pie.

Place pie in refrigerator and allow to cool for 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with sea salt just before serving.

This yummy homemade milk chocolate recipe is so easy to make and you only need 4 ingredients.

Homemade Milk Chocolate

cocoa butter or coconut oil (110 grams)

milk powder (24 grams)

cocoa powder (35 grams)

sugar (90 grams)

Sift the cocoa powder

Sift the cocoa powder into a small bowl. This helps to prevent lumps.

Double boiler

Place a pot filled a third of the way with water on a burner and set the heat to medium-high. Place a large pyrex or metal bowl on top. Make sure the water isn&#039;t touching the bottom of the bowl.

Melt the cocoa butter

Add the cocoa butter or coconut oil to the bowl and stir occasionally until all melted.

Add the cocoa powder, milk powder and powdered sugar

Turn the heat down to medium-low. Then stir in the cocoa powder. Then add in the milk powder and stir until completely incorporated. Follow that up with the powdered sugar which is added a third of it at a time until all incorporated. If you want it less sweet don&#039;t add in as much, or if you want it completely sugar-free, leave it out altogether.

Stir stir stir

Once all the ingredients are combined turn the heat completely off. Keep stirring for about 5 minutes.

Stir some more

After the 5 minutes are up, take the bowl off the pot of hot water and set it somewhere like a counter or table with a hot pad. Keep stirring for another 5 minutes.

Pour the chocolate in a mold

Once done, pour the chocolate into your chosen mold, or even ice cube trays. Allow it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Then it can go in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Serve it!

Once the chocolate sets, you can eat it. Remove it from the mold and give it a taste. It will probably taste a little grainy or gritty. I don&#039;t really mind the little bit of &quot;gritty&quot; taste. If you are expecting this to taste exactly like store-bought chocolate, you will be disappointed.And there you go, fun homemade chocolate that only requires 4 ingredients. Enjoy!
