S&#x27;mores Dip -- loaded with melted chocolate and toasty marshmallows -- is sure to be the hit of your next party! After just a few minutes in the oven, serve it with graham crackers and watch it disappear.

Adjust rack to center position of oven and place 8-inch cast iron skillet on rack. Preheat oven to 450°F with skillet inside. Once oven is preheated, use a pot holder to remove hot skillet from the oven. Place pat of butter in the skillet and use a pot holder to hold the handle and swirl the skillet so that the melted butter coats the bottom and sides. Pour chocolate chips in an even layer into the bottom of the skillet. Taking care not to burn fingers on the sides of the skillet, arrange marshmallow halves over the surface of the chocolate chips, covering the chocolate completely. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted to your preference (watch closely!). Use an oven mitt to remove the skillet from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Serve immediately with graham cracker squares or sticks...but be careful, because the dip (and the skillet) will be very hot!

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Scatter the chocolate in an even layer over the bottom of an oven-safe baking dish or skillet.

Arrange the marshmallows in an even layer on top of the chocolate.

Bake until the marshmallows are puffy and golden brown, and the chocolate is melted (about 5 to 7 minutes).

Serve warm from the oven, with graham crackers and/or an assortment of dippers.

We made them with mini white and rainbow color marshmallows! YUM!

We tried this today. The top was great but the chocolate part was extremely dry and hard. Almost burnt like. Any ideas?

This recipe was truly awesome, I made it in a fairly large cast iron pan so the only thing I would change and or add is extra chocolate. I enjoyed every bite and I really appreciate you for uploading this recipe. 10 Stars

Fluffy S'mores Dip

heavy whipping cream (very cold)

Using a stand mixer (or hand mixer + large bowl), blend together 4 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and the marshmallow creme on high speed until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.  If using mini marshmallows, turn off mixer and add about 3/4 cup in with the marshmallow mixture, then gently stir with a spatula. Set bowl aside.

In another medium bowl, whip together remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract on high until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes. Set whipped cream nearby.

In a new medium bowl, blend together remaining 4 oz cream cheese and cocoa powder on high until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Add just-prepared whipped cream to bowl and mix on low until cream and chocolate are completely incorporated, about another 2-3 minutes.

To assemble the dip: Add fluffy marshmallow and chocolate dips to a single bowl, alternating between the two (TIP: alternate which side of the bowl you layer the flavors for a mixed looks). When the boil is full, use a spoon or butter knife to drag through the dip, swirling the colors together. Top the dip with the remaining 1/4 cup mini marshmallows.

Serve dip immediately with graham crackers for dipping.

Return to the oven and bake an additional 2-3 minutes, until marshmallows are toasted.

Serve warm dip with graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit.

Loving this no-bake treat for hot days where the oven is so not happening!

My Grandma always had butterscotches around and I immediately go there with this recipe. Love this recipe! No bake just makes it even better.
