Graham Crackers (enough to line your pan)

milk chocolate frosting

marshmallows (enough

Place a layer of graham crackers over the bottom of an 8x8" or 9x9" lined broiler safe pan.

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stove top. Combine melted chocolate chips with frosting and mix well.

Pour fudge mixture over graham crackers and spread evenly. Chill for at least 90 minutes (you want the fudge to be cold and fully set when it goes under the broiler).

Top fudge with a layer of marshmallows and place under the broiler (on high) until marshmallows start to brown. (Watch closely!)

S'mores fudge bars are a vegan, dairy-free, and no-bake dessert! The easy vegan fudge recipe is loaded with mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers. It's made with sweetened condensed coconut milk and chocolate chips. sweetened condensed coconut milk (14 ounces total)

chocolate chips

tsp vanilla extract

tsp salt

mini marshmallows

Line a square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some paper hanging over the edges. This will prevent the fudge from sticking to the pan.

In a large bowl, add the chocolate chips. Shake the cans of sweetened condensed coconut milk. Pour coconut milk over the chocolate chips. Microwave for 90 seconds. Add vanilla extract and salt, then whisk together to evenly combine the ingredients.

Immediately add mini marshmallows and chopped graham crackers to the bowl. Mix together.

Pour the s&#8217;mores fudge into the baking dish. Spread evenly across the bottom of the dish. If desired, decorate with extra mini marshmallows and graham cracker pieces on top.

Chill fudge in the freezer for 2 hours or until firm. Lift parchment paper out of the pan to easily remove the fudge. Allow it to thaw for a few minutes before slicing into 16 bars. Enjoy!

Smore&#039;s Fudge is a delicious combination of graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate all rolled into one little heavenly square. Every bite of this easy smores dessert is wonderful, rich, creamy, and so delicious you can&#039;t help but grab another piece!

Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with foil or parchment paper, set aside.

Put the 3 whole graham crackers in a ziplocked bag and break them into small pieces, leaving small chunks. Do not crush into a fine texture, you want small pieces left. 

Prep

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate chips and condensed milk, microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds.

After that, stir the mixture gently to combine until it is melted and smooth.

Next, add in the vanilla extract and stir a few times to incorporate.

Then, pour in the mini marshmallows and graham crackers pieces, stirring until just combined.

Fudge mix

Proceed to transfer the fudge mixture to the prepared and lined 8x8 baking dish.

Spread the fudge mix around until is it even in depth around the baking dish.

Then, place the fudge in the refrigerator and let chill and set for at least2 hours.

Once it has fully cooled, cut into small bite sized pieces and serve. Enjoy!
