Jalapeño Deviled Eggs, made with pickled jalapeño peppers, is such an easy recipe to make for a party or potluck, or for low carb snacks all week long!

Jalepeño Deviled Eggs

eggs ((see notes))

mayonnaise

mustard

brine jalapeño peppers ((or 1/2 tablespoon vinegar))

pickled jalapeños ((or 6, cut in half))

kosher salt and black pepper (to taste)

paprika or cayenne pepper ((for dusting))

Cut the hard boiled eggs in half, wiping the knife with a towel in-between each slice to keep the whites clean. Scoop the yolks into a medium bowl.

Add the mayonnaise (3 tablespoons), the mustard (1 tablespoon), the pickled jalapeño brine (1 tablespoon), and a pinch of kosher salt and black pepper to the bowl. Use an electric hand mixer to combine the yolk mixture until very smooth.

Use a small cookie scoop (or spoon) to refill the whites of the eggs with the yolk mixture, distributing it evenly amongst all 12 egg halves.

Dust with paprika or cayenne pepper, if you want, an extra sprinkling of salt and pepper, and top each egg with a sliced jalapeño pepper.

These Dill Pickled Spicy Deviled Eggs are perfect for a holiday pot luck, game day snack, or just a Saturday treat. We serve up a traditional deviled egg recipe, but spice it up with cayenne, horsey sauce, and spicy pickles.

Dill Pickle Spicy Deviled Eggs

hard boiled eggs, peeled

spicy dill pickle, minced

yellow mustard

horseradish sauce

⅛ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon pepper

cayenne

Paprika

Slice eggs

in half (length-wise) and separate the yolk from the whites.

Place whites aside

Add all other ingredients

except paprika and egg whites to dish and mix well

With either spoon or piping bag, fill

Sprinkle paprika

Spicy Deviled Eggs

eggs

Dijon mustard

Sriracha

cayenne pepper (plus more for garnish)

salt and pepper (to taste)

green onions (thinly sliced, for garnish)

Boil eggs

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Reduce the heat to low (or off) to ensure the water is no longer boiling or has bubbles and use a skimmer to place the eggs in the water. Then increase the heat back to high and set a timer for 14 minutes.

Prep ice bath

While the eggs are boiling, prepare an ice water bath and set aside.

Chill eggs

After 14 minutes, remove the eggs from the water and place in the ice water bath.

Peel and slice

Once the eggs have cooled completely, peel them and slice in half lengthwise.

Scoop the yolk

Scoop the yolks into a small bowl and place the egg whites on a serving plate.

Make filling

To make the filling, add the yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, Sriracha, cayenne, salt and pepper to a bowl.

Stir filling

Stir everything together until smooth. You can also use a hand blender to make it extra smooth.

Fill eggs

Use a spoon to add a portion of the deviled egg mixture back into the hole of each egg white. Garnish with a sprinkle cayenne and green onions.
