Whether you call them kebabs or kabobs, this Steak Kabob recipe is the best! Made with a flavorful marinade and served with veggies, it can&#039;t be beat!

Steak Kabob Marinade

balsamic vinegar

soy sauce

Worcestershire sauce

vegetable oil

rosemary

garlic (, finely minced)

Dijon mustard

black pepper

onion powder

honey

smoked paprika

Kosher salt

sirloin

mushrooms

bell peppers

red onion (, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces)

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire, Dijon mustard,  garlic, rosemary, pepper, onion powder, Kosher salt, smoked paprika and honey.

Cut steak into large cubes (about 1-2 inch pieces) and add to large plastic bag or a nonreactive mixing bowl.

Pour marinade over steak, chill and marinate at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.

Remove steak from bag and discard marinade.

Have your vegetables prepped and wooden skewers soaked, if using.

Thread steak and vegetables evenly onto skewers.

Heat grill to medium-high heat and oil grates.

Place kabobs onto hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness.

Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Make the best grilled steak kabobs with the best steak kabob marinade, which uses common ingredients to tenderize and add great flavor. We use strip or sirloin steak for kabobs, but you can use any steak. Just remember how easy it is to make them extra special with this marinade.

Mix marinade.  4 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons dry basil, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons dry parsley flakes and 1/2 teaspoon white (or black) pepper.

Trim steak of trimmable fat and cut into 1-inch cubes. Use sirloin or strip steak.

Combine marinade with steak cube and mix well. Refrigerate for 2-6 hours.

Clean, oil, and preheat the grill to high. Place steak on skewers—soaked wooden skewers preferred.

Grill over high direct heat. Flip every 3-4 minutes. Grill to your desired internal temperature. For me, 12 minutes to get 145°.

Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
