These steak kabobs are pieces of sirloin beef skewers with mushrooms, peppers and onions, then grilled to perfection and finished off with garlic butter. An easy and hearty dinner option.

Steak Kabobs with Garlic Butter

sirloin

green bell pepper (seeded, cored and diced into 1 inch pieces)

red onion

olive oil

salt and pepper

butter

Heat a grill or indoor grill pan to medium high heat.

Thread the beef, mushrooms, pepper and onion onto skewers.

Brush the meat and vegetables with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

Place the kabobs onto the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.

Melt the butter in a small pan over medium low. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.&nbsp;

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the parsley and salt and pepper to taste.

Brush the garlic butter all over the steak kabobs, then serve.

Broiler directions: Prepare the skewers as directed and place on a sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Broil for 4-5 minutes per side. Continue with the recipe as directed.

These Grilled Balsamic Beef Kabobs are the best! These steak kabobs are loaded with flavorful meat and veggies then glazed with a sweet balsamic marinade.

Grilled Balsamic Beef Kabobs

2lbs top sirloin,

Traina Sicilian Organic Ketchup

Balsamic Vinegar

rosemary

garlic clove,

honey

yellow peppers, cubed

green peppers, cubed

red onion, cubed

cherry tomatoes

In a large bowl, mix Traina Sicilian Organic Ketchup, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, clove and honey. Whisk until everything is combined. Reserve 2/3 cup of marinade and set aside.

Add cubed beef to the bowl of marinade. Toss to coat the beef with the marinade. Cover and place in refrigerator. Marinade beef for 20-30 minutes.

Remove from refrigerator alternate beef, yellow pepper, green pepper, red onion and cherry tomatoes on kabob skewers.

Heat grill to medium high heat (about 375-400 degrees F). Spray the grill grates with cooking spray or rub down with olive oil soaked cloth.

Place prepared kabobs on grill and grill each side for 4-5 minutes.

Brush kabobs with remaining marinade, grill for one more minute. Remove from grill and serve.

Beef Shish Kebab Recipe

garlic powder

green bell peppers (cut into pieces roughly the width of the meat)

red bell bell peppers

red onion (thinly sliced)

lemons (juice of)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

dry red wine

Prepare up to 20 skewers. If using bamboo or wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for at least one hour before use.

Mix the spices:  In a bowl, mix together the spices to make a spice rub for the cubed meat.

Season the meat cubes with the spices and combine well so that the meat is evenly covered.

Prepare the marinade and add the seasoned meat cubes. In a large and deep dish, combine the marinade ingredients of red onions, lemon juice, olive oil and red wine. Add the seasoned meat to the marinade, and work the meat into the marinade well with your hands. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (preferably 2 to 4 hours or overnight depending on the kind of meat you are using).

Remove the meat from the fridge one hour before grilling.

Lightly oil the grates of a gas grill and heat for 10 minutes on high.

Thread the meat and vegetables on skewers. Thread the meat, onions, green peppers and red peppers onto the prepared skewers, alternating until you run out of meat (about 4 pieces of meat per skewer with the vegetables nestled in between as you see in the photos). Season with more freshly ground black pepper. (Do not discard the marinade yet)

Grill. Place the shish kabobs on the grill. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on how hot your grill is and how well-cooked you like your meat, turning occasionally. While the kabobs are grilling, paint the meat with some of the marinade a couple of times as you turn the skewers around.

Rest before serving. Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving platter. Allow 5 minutes for the kabobs to rest before serving. Enjoy!

Steak Kabobs

Ninja Foodi Grill Steak Kabobs are SO easy to make. A steak and vegetable skewers that is a perfect summer recipe you can make indoors. These steak kabobs are so easy and cook fast in the Ninja Foodi Grill.

Ninja Foodi Grill Steak Kabobs

(I used KC Strips)

bundle mushrooms

10-12 cherry tomatoes

bell pepper

Italian Dressing

Wooden Or Metal Skewers

Start by prepping your steaks. I cut mine in about 1-inch strips. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Or they will burn up.

You will pour your Italian dressing over the steak and let it start marinating while you prep your vegetables.

Wash and prep your vegetables. I left the mushrooms whole and tomatoes whole. Then I sliced the pepper and onions in around 1-inch pieces.

Once your skewers have been soaked in water, if using wood, you will then start pushing your steak and vegetables onto the skewers.

Place in a dish and then pour the dressing over the top of the veggies and meat. Then cover and let marinate for 3-4 hours in the fridge.

Preheat your Ninja Foodi Grill when you are ready to cook. You will select the grill setting and the highest heat. Let it preheat, this takes about 12 minutes.

Once the grill is hot, carefully place your steak kabobs onto the grill. I was able to cook 4-5 at a time.

Close lid and select 8 minutes. Flip at the 4-minute mark.

Cook your steaks until it reaches your desired doneness. At 8 minutes our medium-well to well done. If you want more rare, cook for a bit less.

Once your steak skewers are done, remove with tons, and then remove from skewers and serve.

Add steak, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, 1/4 cup olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and pepper to a large ziplock bag.Toss to coat and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.When you are ready to eat preheat the grill to 425 degrees and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Toss the chopped up peppers and onions in the remaining tablespoon of oil.

Remove the steak from the marinade and thread the steak, veggies and onions onto the skewers.

Grill skewers for 6-8 minutes or until your desired doneness.

Serve immediately with parsley for serving, if desired.

Make the marinade by combining the soy sauce, peach juice, oil, dried onion flakes, garlic and fresh ground black pepper. Whisk well to combine.

Cut the steak into 1 inch pieces and add it to a gallon size resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the steak, seal the bag tight and refrigerate for 1 to 6 hours. 

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Thread the steak and chopped vegetables alternately onto the wooden skewers, keeping a little space between each piece.

Heat gas grill to medium-high and grease lightly with oil.  Grill the kebabs for just a few minutes on each side (8-10 minutes maximum), according to how well done you like your steak. Allow the kebabs to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

These Steak Kabobs are easy to make and so flavorful! This kabob recipe features grilled steak and veggies with the best beef kabob marinade. Cook them on an outdoor grill or in the oven.

Combine the steak marinade ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag or bowl: soy sauce, lime juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Whisk or squish the bag to mix.

Add the steak pieces to the marinade. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours.

If using wooden skewers, soak them in a dish of warm water for at least 20 minutes. You will need 8 skewers.

When you are ready to assemble the skewers, place the zucchini rounds and bell peppers in a large bowl. Drizzle with the 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Add the onion to the bowl last and mix in very gently so that the onion layers stay together as best as possible.

To assemble the kebabs, divide the steak and vegetables evenly between the 8 skewers, arranging the vegetable pieces in between the steak pieces. Discard all of the used steak marinade.

Grill over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning every few minutes to cook all sides evenly. Cook until steak registers 145° F in the center for medium. Cook a few minutes longer for well done steak.

The Best Marinated Steak Kabobs

To a medium bowl add, olive oil, tamari sauce, worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, dry oregano, dry rosemary and pepper. Using a whisk, mix everything together.

Add meat to a large bowl or ziplock bag. Pour half of the marinade over the meat and toss to coat. Reserve remaining marinade.

Let meat marinade for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

In the meantime, add potatoes in microwave safe container with 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook on HIGH for 7 minutes to slightly cook potatoes. (should be able to pierce with a fork or knife)

Assemble kabobs: alternate red pepper, green pepper, red onion, meat, yukon potatoes and mushrooms. Repeat. (I try to get 3-4 pieces of meat per skewer) Continue process until ingredients are gone.

Heat grill to medium high heat, about 375-400 degrees F.

Make sure that grill grates are clean. Spray grill grates with cooking spray or rub down with an olive oil soaked rag.

Place steak kabobs directly on the grill. Grill each side for 3-4 minutes, you want a nice char. Basting the kabobs with remaining marinade while grilling. Remove the kabobs from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

This is definitely a must make!! Perfect for weekend grilling!! YUM!!
