Combine sour cream and brown sugar and mix well. Place about five strawberries in each glass and drizzle each with 2 tablespoons of cream sauce.

Strawberries Romanoff are one of my best memories of working at Le Parisien Restaurant in Salt Lake City, and this easy dessert has been a hit with everyone I’ve made it for!

Strawberries Romanoff is a no-bake, easy and luscious summer dessert. This dessert feels and tastes fancy but it's refreshingly simple to make and it is perfect for parties!

Tbsp sugar

Tbsp grand marnier* orange liqueur

In a medium bowl, combine cut strawberries, 4 Tbsp sugar and 4 Tbsp liqueur, stir to combine then cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 2 hours, stirring once or twice.

Before serving, in a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup cold heavy cream and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. With a spatula, fold in 1/4 cup sour cream just until well blended.

To serve, stir strawberries and divide between 6 serving glasses or bowls. Spoon a little syrup over the berries if you like.

Spoon cream over strawberries, dividing evenly. Enjoy right away or chill and serve within 2 hrs of assembly. This is best enjoyed fresh.

Strawberries Romanoff is a dressed-up version of strawberries with whipped cream - it tastes so much fancier than it actually is!

Place the strawberries in a medium-sized bowl. Drizzle with orange liqueur and toss to combine. Allow the strawberries to rest while preparing the sweet cream mixture.

In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar to the whipped cream and beat until thick. Pour the sour cream mixture into the whipped cream and stir gently to combine.
