Strawberry Matcha Latte

milk (dairy

strawberries (fresh

Tablespoons sugar (more or less to taste)

Tablespoons water

matcha powder

((optional))

boba ((optional))

Puree strawberries

Strawberry puree: Puree the strawberries with sugar using a blender, masher, or the back of a fork. Continue until sugar is completely dissolved.

Make atcha

Matcha: Add half the hot water to the matcha powder and mix vigorously with a small whisk until it&#39;s lump free. Add the remaining hot water and mix.

Assemble &amp; serve

Assemble: Add a bottom layer of strawberry puree to a 16oz glass. Add ice and boba, if using. Add the milk so it creates a second layer above the strawberry puree. Finally gently pour the matcha layer on top to create the final top layer. Garnish with fresh strawberries. Enjoy!

Iced matcha latte topped with blended strawberry sweet cream

matcha powder (ceremonial grade)

oz water

liquid sweetener (e.g. agave nectar)

oz milk (dairy or plant-based (I prefer oat milk))

strawberries

heavy cream

oz milk

sweetener

In a small bowl, sift in matcha powder. Pour in hot water and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk or milk frother until dissolved and slightly foamy on top. Stir in your sweetener while it's still warm.

Fill a glass about 3/4 full with ice. Pour in milk and matcha. Stir to combine.

Matcha Latte

In a small bullet blender, blend together strawberries, heavy cream, milk, and sweetener for 5-10 seconds until the consistency resembles melted ice cream.

Pour on top of the matcha latte and give it a gentle stir to blend the layers into a gradient.

If you have fresh strawberries, you need to try this refreshing, sweet and easy 5-minute strawberry matcha latte recipe. This chilled beverage is made with minimal and simple ingredients! (Dairy-free adaptable)

Easy 5-min. Strawberry Matcha Latte

milk (or plant-based milk)

strawberries (with stems removed)

2.5 tbsp white granulated sugar (or sub with honey

matcha

water (boiling hot)

ice cubes (optional)

In a tall glass, add strawberries and white granulated sugar and crush them with a muddler until they’re pureed. If you don’t have a muddler, finely chop or purée the strawberries in a blender and mix them in the glass with the sugar.

Then add ice cubes on top of the puréed strawberries.

Pour milk over the ice and set aside.

Then sift matcha powder into a small bowl. Add hot boiling water to the matcha and whisk until frothy for 30 seconds.

Pour the matcha liquid over the milk. Stir to enjoy!

This iced strawberry matcha latte is fruity and refreshing—perfect for a hot summer day! I list a range for the matcha measurement in this recipe. Use the lesser amount if you&#039;re new to matcha. If you&#039;d like the latte to have a stronger matcha flavor, use more.

Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte

strawberries (hulled and finely chopped (about ⅓ cup))

Place the strawberries and sugar in a small bowl. Use a fork to combine, lightly mashing the strawberries as you mix. Set aside.

Sift the matcha powder into another small bowl to remove any lumps. Add the water and use a matcha whisk to whisk briskly from side to side until the matcha is fully dispersed and a foamy layer forms on top. 

Place the strawberries at the bottom of a tall glass. Fill halfway with ice, then pour in enough almond milk to fill the glass two thirds of the way full. Top with the matcha mixture.

Stir to combine and taste with a straw. If desired, sweeten with maple syrup or honey to taste.

60 ml 80°C water

250 ml oat milk

Crush or finely chop strawberries until they’re pureed.

Making the strawberry puree

Add matcha powder and 80°C water to a matcha bowl.

Whisk in a zig-zag motion until frothy and smooth.

In a tall glass, add 2-3 tbsp of strawberry puree.

Add ice cubes and milk until nearly full, then top with the matcha.

Serve, and admire all the vibrant colours. Then stir it up and enjoy!
