The best brownies I've ever eaten: tahini brownies. No butter, flour, oil or refined sugar. These paleo, gluten free and grain free brownies are simply incredible with REAL, wholesome ingredients!

Grain Free Tahini Brownies (the best brownies I've ever eaten!)

tahini

coconut sugar

maple syrup

vanilla extract

eggs

cocoa powder

coconut flour

baking soda

salt

chocolate chips (dairy free if desired)

For the chocolate drizzle

chocolate chips

coconut oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the tahini, coconut sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract and eggs until smooth and well combined. Gently fold in cocoa powder, coconut flour, salt and baking soda until batter is smooth. Fold in 1/3 cup chocolate chips into the batter. This batter should be rather thick.

Spread batter evenly in prepared baking pan. If it's giving you trouble to spread (because it's on the thicker side), spray a rubber spatula with nonstick cooking spray (trust me, it helps!).&nbsp;

Bake for 22-30 minutes or until knife inserted into the middle comes out clean or with just a few crumbs attached. Don't overbake!

After brownies have cooled a few minutes, prepared the chocolate drizzle: Place a small saucepan over low heat, add chocolate chips and coconut oil and stir frequently until melted and smooth. Generously drizzle over the brownies. Makes 16 brownies.

Healthy Tahini Brownies

Preheat oven to 350F and line 8&#215;8 baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick spray

In a small bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs, tahini, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour batter into pan and bake for 24-26 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

So EASY, delicious and guilt free! These turned out light and fluffy for me around the edges, but soft and chewy in the center. A new ELW fave!

These are absolutely amazing!! I admit that I was skeptical about brownies made with tahini and almond flour but, I couldn’t be more excited about the taste and texture. I did as you suggested and made a couple of changes to suit my tastes. I used dark chocolate chips and about a cup of coarsely chopped walnuts. They are perfect. Thank you for creating this recipe. Yum! I overcooked mine a little but they were still delicious! Brownies are definitely meant to be under baked lol. The flavor and texture was delish though. What a secret weapon. Tahini was PERFECT. These cured my brownie craving while still fitting in my calories/macros! And they were so moist and chocolatey. Do yourself a favor and bake these!

Quinoa Flour Tahini Brownies

banana

avocado

tahini ((preferably roasted))

flax eggs 2 tbsp flaxseed meal + 5 tbsp water

quinoa flour

raw cacao

sea salt

Maldon sea salt &

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment and set aside.

Beat together banana, avocado, tahini, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Add to quinoa flour, raw cacao, baking soda and salt, mixing until incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips.

Transfer batter to the prepared baking pan. Press it into the corners of the pan using wet hands or a pastry roller. Bake on the center rack for 20 – 24 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in pan completely before slicing into squares. (*very important or they'll be crumbly!!*)

Store in a sealed, airtight container for optimal fudginess.
