Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown beef, onion and garlic in the sesame oil until meat is no longer pink.

Mix in ginger and crushed red pepper flakes.

Stir in teriyaki sauce and simmer on low for a few minutes until heated through.

Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions.

To make the sauce, place all of the sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor and run continuously to combine all the ingredients until smooth. Stop to scrape sides down as needed and restart.

Prep steak, bell pepper, broccoli and green onions as noted. &quot;Rice&quot; cauliflower to have it ready.

Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet or wok. Add beef and season with a pinch or two of salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring to cook on both sides, until the beef is just cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil to the pan, along with the bell pepper, broccoli and green onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.

At the same time, in a separate pan, heat avocado oil over medium heat. Add cauliflower rice and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the rice is just tender, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the beef and sauce mixture to the pan with the veggies and stir until the veggies and beef are evenly coated. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened. Turn heat to low. Taste and season with any salt and/or freshly ground black pepper as desired.

Remove from heat and serve teriyaki beef over cauliflower rice. Top with optional sesame seeds if desired.

One Pot Teriyaki Beef Zoodles + Meal Prep!

Combine all the ingredients (except for the water) for the sauce into a medium bowl.

In a separate large bowl, combine steak with salt, pepper, sesame oil and drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of sauce over top. Allow to marinate while you spiralize the zucchini noodles.

Spiralize the zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler.

For the Sauce:

Heat 1-2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat until pan starts to get smoky. Add beef and allow to sear and brown on both sides (about 1 minute). Transfer onto a plate.

Return pan to heat. Heat the remaining oil and add pineapples and cook until softened, around 1 minute. Stir in the beef and sauce, and turn heat to high. Allow sauce to bubble and thicken up. Add reserved water (only as needed) little by little, to thin out the sauce.

*If cooking the zucchini noodles, add into pan and use tongs to toss and coat with sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until zucchini is just tender but still firm. Be careful not to overcook.

Serve immediately and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

For meal prep - divide evenly into lunch containers. Store in fridge for up to four days.

To make the teriyaki sauce, in a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ginger and garlic. In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch and water and whisk until smooth. Whisk the cornstarch mixture into the tamari mixture, then set aside.

Add ½ tablespoon avocado oil to a wok or large skillet and set over high heat. When the oil is shimmering, add onion and red pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring often, until the onion is lightly browned. Add the broccoli and water, then cover pan tightly and steam for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the broccoli is crisp tender.

Using a slotted spoon, remove vegetables from the skillet and set aside. Add remaining oil. Once shimmering, add the steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the steak is just cooked through.

Add sauce and reserved vegetables back to the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly. Serve over white rice.

In a 5 qt or larger slow cooker, combine all of the sauce ingredients, and stir.

Stir stew meat into the sauce, making sure to coat everything well.

Turn slow cooker onto high for 4-5 hours.

Let cook 3-4 hours, check with an hour left.

Make a corn starch slurry by combining water and cornstarch in a small bowl, and whisking with a fork until combined.

Pour into the slow cooker and stir.

Let beef cook for an additional hour or so until meat is tender and sauce is thickened and glossy.

Stir well, serve over rice, and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
