Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9&#215;9-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.

Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly across the bottom of the pan.

Layer shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped pecans on top of the graham crackers.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layers.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Allow the pie to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
