This easy homemade guacamole recipe is made with fresh ingredients, is super flavorful, easy to make, and a family favorite guacamole recipe. The perfect appetizer recipe for parties, get-togethers, family gatherings or for a side on Taco Tuesday. A delicious party appetizer everyone will enjoy!

Easy Homemade Guacamole

avocados, (pits removed)

red onion, (finely diced)

cilantro, (chopped)

jalapeno peppers

green onions

Tablespoons chunky salsa

Tablespoons lime juice

garlic salt

½ teaspoon Slap Ya Mama seasoning

black pepper

Slice avocados in half, remove the pits and place in a large bowl.

Add diced onions, cilantro, jalapenos, green onions, salsa, lime juice and seasonings.

Mash with a fork until desired consistency is obtained.

Lay a piece of plastic wrap right on top of the guacamole and place in the fridge until ready to serve. This helps keep the guacamole green.

Best Guacamole Recipe

Hass avocados

red onion (about 1 small)

lemon juice (about 1/2 medium lemon)

lime juice (about 1/2 small lime)

Worcestershire sauce

garlic (minced (about 1 teaspoon))

salt

roma tomato (diced (optional))

feta

Cooked and crumbled bacon*

fresh cilantro

Toasted pepitas

Salty tortilla chips

veggies

Halve

Halve the avocados lengthwise and remove their pits (be sure to cut them on the cutting board, not in your hand).

Scoop

Scoop the flesh into a large mixing bowl.

Add the red onion, lemon juice, lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Mash

With a fork, mash together until the mixture is half chunky and half creamy.

Stir

Gently stir in the diced tomato. Don&#39;t overmix! Chunky guac is happy guac.

Serve

Taste and add additional salt, pepper, hot sauce, and lemon or lime juice to taste. Serve with salty tortilla chips and veggies.
