Fabulous!  We didn’t do the rims, and didn’t follow exact measurements, just winged it.  My oh my, what a fabulous summer cocktail!

i love these and now keep bags of frozen watermelon in the freezer to make them up anytime in no time.

The recipe is good . I added a splash of fresh ginger juice to give more of a bite came out really great and if you use the triple decker that contains alcohol it’s even better . I rated it a 4 because I’m not big on fruity cocktails I’m a whiskey guy my wife enjoys fruity cocktails and as a chef I enjoy making new things for her we both get excited she love this drink and the little tweak I added to it I also let the watermelon freeze overnight so it didn’t fell to juice once hit the glass..

I'm going to try this out after I go to the store on Wednesday.

Keep It Cool With Frozen Watermelon Margaritas

This watermelon margarita has an extra little kick. It&#x27;s easy to make and perfect summer sipping.

Spicy watermelon margarita

oz watermelon juice (120 milliliters (see notes))

oz tequila (30 milliliters (2 tbsp))

oz lime juice

fresh jalepeno (or more/less to taste)

salt and chili to rim glass

First make your watermelon juice - see below. This can be done ahead and refrigerated.

Put some salt and a little chili on a small plate and mix. Rub the rim of a glass with a slice of lime then dip in the salt-chili mixture to form a salt rim.

Put the jalepeno slices in a cocktail shaker and muddle a little to release a little juice. (No need to do this if you plan to shake a lot or want less spicy)

Add the watermelon juice, tequila, tripe sec and lime juice along with a few pieces of ice. Shake a minute until well chilled.

Pour into the prepared glass, add ice if you like to chill further, and serve.

oz Agave Nectar

Watermelon Chunks

Combine watermelon, agave nectar and water in a pitcher (or other large serving vessel) and gently muddle. Next add fresh lime juice and Teremana. Top with ice and give it a stir to incorporate the ingredients. Serve over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel or watermelon chunk.

Refreshing and sweet, this Watermelon Margaritas recipe is the perfect summer cocktail. It is easy to make with only a handful of ingredients.

Watermelon Margaritas

watermelon ((about ¾-pound 675 grams))

salt

lime juice ((4 ounces 120 milliliters))

Place the watermelon cubes in a blender container and blend on high speed until puréed. I like to strain mine through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the pulp, but that is optional. Chill the watermelon juice until ready to use.

Salt the rim of 4 glasses by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it in coarse salt. Fill with ice.

For each cocktail, combine 3 ounces of watermelon juice, 1½ ounces of tequila, 1-ounce of lime juice, and 1 ounce of triple sec in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice.

Shake until the outside is frosty, about 15 seconds. Pour into the cocktail glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.

This watermelon margarita is made with just four ingredients (salt rim not included) and can be served on the rocks or frozen. This drink is light, refreshing, fruity, and the perfect summer go-to for watermelon lovers!

Watermelon Margarita

oz watermelon (diced (yields 330 ml watermelon juice))

silver tequila

lime juice (from 3 limes)

tbsp sweetener (of choice)

Sea salt (for lining rim (optional))

Ice cubes ((optional))

cayenne pepper ((optional))

You can watch the video in the post for visual instructions.Add diced watermelon to a blender or food processor and blend until it&#39;s juice. Strain the watermelon juice through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds and pulp.

Combine watermelon juice, lime juice, tequila, and sweetener in a bowl or shake the mixture in a cocktail shaker if you have one. Taste it and add more sweetener if needed.

Cut a lime into wedges and rub against the outer rim of the glass. Dip each glass upside down onto a small plate, that has some salt on it, to cover the rim with the salt. This step is optional but it looks nice.

Add ice cubes and pour in the watermelon mix. Enjoy immediately!
