Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring the water to the boil. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat so that the water is simmering and set a timer for 7 minutes.&nbsp;

Once the timer goes off, remove the saucepan from the heat and drain off the hot water. Run the eggs under cold running water for a couple of minutes until they are cold enough to handle.&nbsp;

Peel the eggs (see tips in post) and slice each egg length-ways.&nbsp;

Remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl with the mayonnaise, mustard powder and salt. Mix till you have a smooth creamy consistency. Taste and add more mustard or salt if required.&nbsp;

Either spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites, or fill a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle and pipe the mixture onto the egg whites.&nbsp;

Sprinkle with a pinch of paprika and some chopped chives.&nbsp;

0% fat Stonyfield Organic plain yogurt

1/3 less fat cream cheese (softened)

vanilla extract

lemon zest

sugar

strawberry preserves

Strawberries (for serving)

In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer beat the cream cheese with yogurt, vanilla, lemon zest and sugar until sugar dissolves and the dip is smooth.

Refrigerate until ready to eat.

Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and gently stir in the preserves to swirl.

Serve immediately with strawberries and graham crackers (optional) for dipping.

This spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip is Zero Smart Points per serving on Weight Watchers Freestyle plan. It is zero SmartPoints on myWW Blue plan &amp; myWW Purple plan but is 2 SmartPoints per portion on myWW Green plan. With just 4 ingredients, it is easy to make in an Instant Pot or Crock Pot.

Buffalo Chicken Dip | Weight Watchers

chicken breasts (skinless & boneless)

Franks RedHot Wings sauce ((160 milliliters))

water ((80 milliliters))

fat free natural yogurt

ranch dressing mix (I use Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix)

Place the skinless boneless chicken breasts in the bottom of the Instant Pot.

Pour over the hot sauce and water

Close and lock the lid and select high pressure.

Set the timer for 15 minutes. The pressure will build over 8 - 10 minutes.

Once the 15 minute cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release using the natural-release method.

Remove the lid and use two forks to shred the chicken.

Add the ranch dressing mix and 3 or 4 tablespoons of fat free yogurt (more if desired) and mix to combine.
