This Whole30 paleo tuna salad is creamy, full of delicious vegetables and the perfect Whole30 lunch. It'll also make a great on-the-go option if you need something quick and easy. Be sure to stuff this tuna salad into some avocado halves or even eat it by its lonesome: it's that good!

Whole30 Paleo Tuna Salad

wild caught tuna

Mayonnaise

Medjool date (pitted)

Nature's Intent apple cider vinegar

red bell peppers (finely diced)

broccoli florets (steamed)

red onion (finely diced)

garlic powder

kosher salt (to taste)

black pepper (to taste)

In a small bowl, add the Medjool date with enough hot water to cover it. Let it sit for 20 minutes and drain the water. Remove the pit from the date and place into a food processor or high-speed blender pitcher.

Add the mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Drain water from the cans of tuna and scoop into a large mixing bowl.

Add in vegetables and mix thoroughly. Stir in the seasonings. Taste for additional mayo / salt and pepper and stir again.

Serve inside halved avocados or eat it on its own. It's that good!

These Smoked Shrimp Skewers are marinaded in a tangy Whole30 marinade and then smoked and grilled to perfection!  They make the perfect smoked shrimp recipe for a Traeger grill and are great for appetizers or as a main dish!

Smoked Shrimp Skewers | Whole30, Paleo

lb large or jumbo shrimp (peeled & de-veined, tail-on)

primal kitchen italian dressing

apple cider vinegar

garlic (minced)

tbsp dill (dried)

tsp salt

tsp pepper

In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients together except for the shrimp.

Add the shrimp to the bowl and mix ensuring the shrimp is well coated in the marinade.

Marinade the shrimp for 30 minutes, any longer and the acid in the vinegar will begin to cook the shrimp.

Pre-heat the smoker to 250F according to the manufacturers instructions.

Thread the shrimp onto the skewers.

Place the shrimp skewers on the smoker and smoke for 20 minutes, then increase the temperature to 375F and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until opaque and cooked thoroughly.
