Mix: Mix about half of the pomegranate and chocolate into the yogurt. Pour onto a parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet, spreading it out to be about ¼ inch (½ cm) thick. Sprinkle with remaining pomegranate, chocolate, and the shredded coconut.

Freeze: Freeze for a few hours, until hard. Using a knife or hard spatula, break the bark into chunks. Transfer to an airtight container and store in freezer.

Line a standard baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir the vanilla Greek yogurt so it is creamy and consistent. Then pour onto the parchment paper and spread evenly using an offset spatula or a spoon until the yogurt is about a quarter of an inch thick.

Evenly scatter the berries and granola on top of yogurt. Then, place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze the yogurt for a minimum of 3 hours.

Once the bark is frozen, remove from the freezer. Use a sharp knife and cut the bark into 18-20 pieces. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer.

This creamy high protein frozen yogurt bar recipe is customizable (it can be made vegan, too!), versatile, &amp; makes the perfect healthy summer treat, but are great all year long!

Frozen yogurt bars Recipe (5 Ingredient)

coconut yogurt or greek yogurt

tbsp protein powder (*see notes)

maple syrup honey

pinch sea salta

tsp vanilla extract

any mix-in's you'd

chocolate chips

peanut butter

tbsp protein powder (*optional)

Make the peanut butter cups - melt the chocolate in a small bowl until smooth. Add a little to the bottom of your chocolate cup molds or mini muffin pans. Freeze for a few minutes until firm. In another small bowl, combine the peanut butter and protein (optional). Add a little of the peanut butter mixture on top of the each chocolate crevice. Then top with remaining chocolate. Return to the freezer for an hour or so to firm up. Note: you can make big peanut butter cups in a standard muffin tin and then chop them into small pieces after as well!

In a bowl, mix together all of the yogurt bar ingredients. Taste and adjust as you&#39;d like (you can add a little extra maple syrup/honey if needed).

Pour the yogurt mixture into a parchment lined loaf pan, spreading it out evenly. You can sprinkle the homemade peanut butter cups over top or fold them into the yogurt prior to pouring into the pan. If you don&#39;t want to make peanut butter cups, you can also stir chocolate chips into the yogurt.

Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours until completely solid. Then remove from the freezer. Let them thaw on the counter for 10 minutes or so to make them easier to cut. Cut into bars. Then move to an air-tight container and store in the freezer!

Let thaw for 5 minutes or so prior to eating for the creamiest texture!

I cant use protein powder, do u think theres a way to use some of a protein shake in the recipe???

It's not okay how good these are! I Kept sneaking to my freezer throughout the day to steal them!
