Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook ZENB Pasta as directed on package. Drain.

Melt butter in large pot on medium heat. Add flour; cook 2 minutes stirring constantly. Whisk in milk, salt, and pepper until smooth. Cook 4-5 minutes until mixture reaches a low boil. Reduce heat to low. Add cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar and 1/4 cup blue cheese. Whisk slowly until cheeses are melted. Stir in pasta, buffalo sauce, and chicken; mix gently until well combined.

Spoon mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish lightly sprayed with nonstick spray. Sprinkle top evenly with remaining cheeses. Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Cook ZENB Pasta as directed on package. Rinse pasta under cold running water until chilled. Drain well.

Meanwhile, whisk mayo, vinegar and pepper in large bowl. Stir in pasta and remaining ingredients.

                                                Cook ZENB Pasta as directed on package. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta cooking water; drain.                                    

                                                Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute, until fragrant. Stir in ZENB Pasta Sauce, wine and reserved pasta water. Cook 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half. Add cooked pasta and 1 tablespoon basil. Cook 2-3 minutes, tossing gently, until pasta is evenly coated.                                    

                                                Sprinkle with remaining basil and Parmesan before serving.

ZENB Yellow Pea Rotini Pasta, uncooked

Italian parsley

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook ZENB Pasta as directed on package. Drain.

Meanwhile, heat bacon in large deep skillet on medium heat. Cook 5-6 minutes until crisp. Remove bacon from pan with slotted spoon; drain on paper towel-lined plate.

Discard all but 3 tablespoons bacon drippings from skillet. Add garlic and flour. Cook 1 minute on medium heat while stirring constantly. Whisk milk into pan; bring mixture to a low boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove pan from heat; stir in ½ cup Parmesan, salt &amp; pepper, peas, and pasta. Mix until well combined.

Spoon mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before garnishing top with reserved bacon and parsley.

Pumpkin, Sage, and Goat Cheese ZENB Lasagna

mozzarella cheese, divided

ricotta cheese

pumpkin puree

sage, divided

ZENB Yellow Pea Lasagna, uncooked

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine 1 cup mozzarella, ricotta, pumpkin, Parmesan, 1 tablespoon sage and egg in medium bowl until well-blended.

Spread 1 cup of ricotta mixture onto bottom of shallow 13x9” baking dish coated with olive oil cooking spray. Arrange 3 ZENB Lasagna sheets in dish, allowing small gap between each noodle and sides of dish. Top with 1/3 of ricotta mixture, 1/3 of goat cheese and 3 sheets. Repeat layers. Top with remaining sheets, goat cheese and mozzarella. Cover tightly with foil coated with olive oil cooking spray.

Bake 50-55 minutes, until a knife goes through the center of the lasagna easily. Let stand 10 minutes. Top with remaining sage and walnuts before slicing and serving.
