Preheat the air fryer to 350F / 180C.

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.

Mix in the Greek yogurt until combined, then shape dough into a round ball and transfer to a lightly floured surface.

Split the dough into 8 smaller portions, then roll each into a 9-inch rope. Form each rope into a circle and pinch edges to create a bagel.

Brush bagels with egg wash and top with the everything bagel seasoning.

Add the bagels into the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Cook about 10-11 minutes or until golden.

Remove from air fryer and allow to cool for 10 minutes before eating.
