Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, combine one cup of self rising-flour and yogurt into a medium bowl. Stir them together with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon until it begins to thicken and forms a ball of dough
Step 2
Place the dough onto a well floured surface and cut into 4 or 6 even pieces of dough. I use a little extra flour on the table so the dough doesn't stick.
Step 3
Turn the dough into bagels, by rolling each wedge into a small rope, about 6-8 inches in length. Connect the ends of each piece, into a bagel shape circle.
Step 4
Whisk the egg in a small bowl, and then using a pastry brush, brush bagels with the egg wash.
Step 5
Sprinkle any toppings onto the bagel before you cook them. Next, place the bagels into the air fryer basket.
Step 6
Air fry the bagels at 350 degrees F and cook for about 10 minutes. The bagels will begin to turn golden brown when they are done. Cooking times may vary.
