Preheat air fryer to 375º F
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt.

Add in the greek yogurt and stir with a wooden spoon until a ball is formed.

Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead a few times until smooth.
Step 5
Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces (for mini bagels)
Step 6
Roll each piece out into a 5-6 inch piece. Bring the two ends together and pinch or roll to seal the edges and form the bagel shape.
Step 7
Brush the bagels with a little olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning if desired.
Step 8
Place the bagels into a parchment lined air fryer basket and bake for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
