Step 1

Peel the bananas and put them in the stand mixer bowl.

Step 2

Mash them with the help of a fork.

Step 3

Add all the wet and dry ingredients, except walnuts, to the stand mixer bowl.

Step 4

Mix everything well with the wire attachment on medium speed.

Step 5

Scrape any flour on the side of the bowl to ensure a good mix.

Step 6

Add the chopped walnuts.

Step 7

Pour the batter into 2 mini loaf pans.

Step 8

Put the pans into the air fryer basket.

Step 9

Air fry for about 40-45 minutes at 320°F.

Step 10

Insert a butter knife at the center of the bread to check for doneness. If it does not come out clean then air fry for a few more minutes.

Step 11

Remove the loaf pans from the air fryer and allow them to cool down for 15-20 minutes.

Step 12

Invert and shake the loaf pans to remove the bread.

Step 13

Let the bread cool down completely before slicing it.
