Step 1
Take the brown sugar and cinnamon and mix it together in a small bowl.
Step 2
Take your banana (peel-on) and slice it in half, length-wise (down the long part, so you have two slices of a long banana). Do not remove the peel.
Step 3
Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper.
Step 4
Place the banana slices inside, face up, so the peel is face down. Top each banana slice with the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture, spreading over the banana evenly. (You may have extra).
Step 5
Cook the banana in your air fryer at 400 degrees F for 7-10 minutes until soft and caramelized.
Step 6
Carefully lift the banana halves out of the air fryer onto a plate. Top as desired. (I love vanilla bean ice cream and chopped pecans on mine!)
